Late to the party, has the question how did we lose to this team already been asked?

Agreed, but I think Von makes the same tackle in a couple of weeks.

I know it will be all doom and gloom and fire everybody mood here right now but I don’t share it. To me the team was prepared today, we fought a tough battle vs very good team on the road. We were not dominated. We had another key injury in Bernard early + Hyde late, Josh made one big mistake (INT), they had one great defensive play (Kincaid fumble). I actually liked our offense. Shakir and Kincaid showed progress again. We need to incorporate new players into defense and finally stop having bad luck with key injuries. And once the playoff comes, Von Miller makes that key stop on 3rd down with 2 mins to go. I think we just hit rock bottom record wise. Now every game is just a fight for a playoffs spot, and if we get there, which I have no doubt about, we will be battle tested and in form. I believe in this team.

Ok then I misunderstood you. If this is what you meant then I fully agree. I think this is his problem in general, since from time to time he also overpays other positions - Harty or Hines come to my mind recently and that is not a hindsight on my part. But at DT he is doing that constantly and it does a little sense. And it is hurting us a lot, that's quite a lot of cap space which could've been used more effectively or saved. I sure hope he learns next time. Like you said he's shown the ability.

I agree with you on his DT misses, but how exactly do you want him to "own his errors" other than he is doing right now when he is looking for someone else?

What kind of compensation do you expect? What would you give up for him?

Even if Bills are not Bills are not no. 1, it would be still great if Chiefs were neither. Let that be someone else for a change. I might even want the Dolphins to win next week lol.

I'd say the opposite. There will be a trade, book it. Maybe not a major one, but he will do something.

I appreciate your effort in this thread and you are obviously right if we are talking playoffs/wild card. But if you think that we are actually much better than we look like now, and that we are about to start winning tough road games (which I do), then we are talking about seeding and everything went wrong in this respect - Dolphins won, Jets won (divisional rival with possible Rodgers comeback), Jags won, Bengals leading, Ravens about to take the lead, and Chiefs... We all know how their game ends.
