Big Ben don't feel so big when Allen takes the field

This is it. This is what we, the working people, live for. We may not have a lot of money. We may not live in big houses. But for those few hours on Sunday we have football. And in that way we are the richest people on earth. I'd still like a swimming pool though.

The Jets, now rid of Darnold and Gase, Are talking Super Bowl once again in their haste. Facing their former QB in week one, with a bald headed coach and a tiny mormon.

This isn't a huge deal. Other QBs have had this same thing, Favre and Elway come to mind. Maybe it's the strong armed guys that it affects more because they throw it so hard. I think that's why Allen likes to run early and get a little contact, just to knock the cobwebs off and get him into the game. The Steelers game will be a good barometer because it's game 1 and the crowd will be insane.

I am actually interested to see the Jets/Panthers game. Love the storylines with Wilson starting his first game vs Darnold looking for revenge. I'll be keeping a close eye on it during the commercials

I was hard, then he took his jacket off and I immediately went limp. Then he took the KC jersey off and I went back to being hard. I haven't experienced such drastic changes since I was at high school

Yeah that made me laugh, though he didn't mention him in the write up. The scenarios where we lose the super bowl makes me feel sick at the idea of being 0-5 in the big game. I can still feel the pain of those losses

Bayless is a strange one. I've only seen a few clips of him but the guy seems to have checked out, like he clearly does zero research unless it's about the Cowboys or the Jets or one of those other teams the media loves. He did a bit last season about Allen not being as good as Baker and it was obvious the guy knew nothing about Allen and had probably only seen him play a couple of times. It's staggering that he makes so much money
