How can you be afraid of garbage movies like the all female Ghostbusters? It's not a fear thing, it's a forced diversity thing. If a female coach works her way up through the ranks to coach in the NFL, great! If a female broadcaster does the same, fine! If it is a transparent attempt at forced diversity, then it's a load of steaming ****!

How many Bills fans give a crap about some NFC team backing into the playoff's and losing right away? I bet not many... It's because backing into the playoff's is not that big of deal... Teams do it every year and it's usually a non event because they lose the first game.

This is where, you know, talent evaluation comes in. Zay Jones vs. Smith-Shuster etc... McDermott is the one who traded up for and selected Jones, maybe Beane will do a better job evaluating WR talent that McDermott + Whaley's staff.

No one here is saying they need to lose on purpose, or coach to lose... It's more a question as to what fans WANT out of the season, what's best for the team long term.
