  1. WTF are we doing on defense. Clearly these zone schemes aren't working. Mahomes is picking us apart. Maybe we should try covering Hill and Kelce. Just a thought.
  2. Mahomes is mercilessly picking on Edmunds...again. This is hard to watch.
  3. More bad Josh. Decision making is super suspect and accuracy issues all over the place. We need a stop badly.
  4. This is going to sound mean but Daboll was obv in the running for HC opportunities, only I didn't see until after the game that he'd re-committed to the Bills for 2021. My immediate reaction was "his suitors clearly watched the Ravens game."
  5. I want to do the "blame it on the wind" thing but truth is we've just played like crap. That pick six was the entire game. Gotta hang on.
  6. Josh threw 35 times today. Colts D was terrific. I agree there were one or two too many designed runs but Bills needed that to slow down their pass rush. Autry is a handful. Josh's designed run up the middle to the five yard line was what set up our second TD.
  7. Credit the Colts. They had a great game plan and probably should've won. Josh's sack was so reminiscent of the Houston game. It was not a good play but this time the defense stepped up. Thank goodness. Phil Rivers is still pretty terrifying. The stat sheet says he only coverted nine 3rd downs but it felt like a million.
  8. Poyer's not hurt. He's still body slamming dudes into the cold, hard ground. Can you feel that? It feels like we're going to the SB.
  9. Rams Dline is tough but I can't get over how bad Cam has been this year.
  10. Josh, McD, and Beane are all young. All three might be here for 10-15 years. 😃
  11. Well deserved. It's hard to know what's more exciting, our present or our future.
  12. There are going to be non-believers until Josh proves himself over multiple seasons. He probably has to win in the playoffs too. The fact is his college career and first two NFL seasons were so raw that the bar is higher for him to earn trust from the average fan that isn't watching him every week. Hopefully opposing coaches continue to underestimate him too.
  13. What a studly performance. I love that it came after sharps tried to bet the line down all the way down to SF -2. Bet against Josh at your own peril.
  14. Defense steps up and bails the team out numerous times down the stretch after turnovers, somehow giving up zero 4th quarter points. Game balls all over the place on D.
  15. It's games like this that make it more apparent Josh is the guy. He wasn't at his best and made crucial mistakes in the 2nd half, and yet he still brought us back on the road for what should've been the win. It was Russell Wilson-esk. Kyler Murray was just a bit better.
  16. That was probably the play of the year (so far). Sucks it happened against us. Tip your hat.
  17. What a crazy game. We played well and DeAndre Hopkins out jumped three DBs in the EZ on a hail mary. We just got beat by the play of the year.
  18. It makes sense to do the extension this off season. Even if he's great and we make a run to AFC title game he still has two years of bad tape out there that will keep the number down. Hard to see him getting 35M+ without making the SB. If you wait and he's great in year four then you're paying top dollar and it'll be tough to win unless he's MVP level every year.
  19. Prior to his injury Tua was the most hyped QB prospect since Luck, and unlike with Allen the media hasn't seen him struggle (at any level). It shouldn't be a surprise that people are going nuts after he had a good game.
  20. I was tempted to start an "Apologize to the coaching staff" thread for all the nonsense posts over the few weeks about our game plans but decided to post here instead. That Pete Carroll post game quote about not anticipating us completely abandoning the run was priceless. We're a different team every week, emphasizing whatever we need in order to win the game. I don't know if this counts as a signature win but it was a good one.
  21. Change the channel for seconds to check on my KC eliminator pick and we give up a bomb TD. I thought McD was supposed to be too conservative.
  22. I'm beginning to wonder if we decided to use LBs and TEs across the Oline if Hawks still couldn't get home. This was a good week to have line issues. Hopefully Ford and Winters are ok.
  23. You're right there were some options just not much that would've moved the needle imo.
  24. Let's see how Harrison plays vs. us this week if he even makes it off the practice squad. McLendon might have been a useful pick up but he had connections to TB coaching staff and that ship sailed anyway.
  25. I'm ok with not making moves. We're not a move or two from making the SB anyway, and the things we needed (nose tackle, LB and CB depth) either weren't available or wouldn't have worked with our cap situation. This is a fun but flawed roster. I'm OK cheering for that to whatever end. Next year is our window.
