I personally don’t really care if he comes here and I would probably prefer to spend the FA money elsewhere on more pressing needs and even consider drafting a TE on Day 2...( Brevin Jordan?) ... However I think some team (Jaguars maybe?) offers Ertz more than you are speculating..... He has a ring already so I see him chasing his last big payday...

Couldn’t agree more ..people forget that a draft pick you are giving up is not this abstract thing... a 2nd round pick is a more than likely good player with hopes of turning into an above average player that you go without for 4 years

Giving up that draft capital is too splashy for me this year... I hate trying to speculate now on the draft because it’s kinda pointless until we see what the outcome of FA is... However, I would hope they re- sign Williams, an upgrade at DE and an LB to replace Milano if he likely walks ... I’d consider a restructure of Brown and let Feliciano walk and cut Jefferson , Addison and Butler ... This leaves in no particular order for the draft holes at G, CB2, DT and TE ( less splashy than Pitts) and I wouldn’t hate them taking another swing at C, RB and DE with guys they can find on Day 3

I think we need the 2nd and 3rd this year in particular with lower cap and available space and no 4th either...

Pitts is a pipe dream unfortunately.... he will get picked in the Top 10 and Beane isn’t trading 2022 Number 1 and other picks to move up that far...

Yeah I think there is a chance that one or both could be there at 30... My thoughts are though ... which one do the Bills want? Who is going to be the better fit ? Or is either ok? I don’t want them just taking the one that’s still there because they “need to take an RB”... In my very uneducated analysis to date... I think Etienne might be better for the Bills in 2021

Scuttlebutt on the Ravens forum (Russell Street Report) is that the Jaguars have offered up Pick 33 for him... Assume if this is the case you would be working out a longer term deal to go with the trade... Yep.. make of that what you will... Its a moot point because he aint coming here anyway ....

The real question should be - Is he better than Etienne? LIke a couple of others.. wouldnt hate a RB but would prefer another solution to this problem ( Cheap FA or later in draft) and a DE with some upside at 30...
