I think you have mentioned before but cutting Morse only frees up about $5m space which you would likely spend ( and more) on Mongo... I would bring back Morse in 2021 as I believe he is the better C ...although not having Mongo as the backup C is a risk.. Longer term they need another answer which probably means looking to draft someone ... not sure if it will happen this year given some other holes... maybe a Day 3 guy with potential that they can take a flier on and develop to take over from Morse in 2022..

I don’t mind the timing... but even if if draft and FA were earlier, then you would have a longer wait for pre season... Plus some FA stuff will start leaking from this week anyway...

I will spend the next 7 weeks doing hundreds of mock drafts on the Draft Network simulator.... obsessing over who the Bills should take with their 5th and 6th round picks and reading through draft notes of a lot of guys that I will never come across again in my life... Then Beane will still end up taking a guy there that I have never heard of ...

Looks like I might be in the minority here but I think I don’t even want them to pay him $6M so I’d be happy to move on from him...Not overly impressed with him in the AFCCG.. Invest a high pick in the draft and maybe find a cheaper FA...Beane seems to do ok finding bargain basement OL guys ...
