  1. So in other words his role is similar to 90% of the head coaches in the league. Got it. Wow, this board is just over the top when the Bills lose.
  2. Most teams in the league will beat the Saints at home with their 3rd string QB. Why didn't we win today? Sarcasm off.
  3. He was listed as doubtful today, so by definition it's unlikely he'll play.
  4. Ah yes, who could forget the image of Doug Whaley coming off the plane in Buffalo a few years ago wearing that tan leather jacket, walking side-by-side with Mario. Good times.
  5. Eric Wood begs to differ.
  6. Huge news that Graham didn't practice again today.
  7. There is not the slightest bit of evidence available to support this statement. Brandon took over the President's title when it was handed to him by Ralph, but never once did Brandon even remotely imply that he was directly managing the on-field product as a GM would.
  8. The level of certainty with which you speak on this topic is impressive.
  9. Not sure that a surgeon would clear his patient to practice without a club and then reverse that for the actual game.
  10. Would be interested to know who you heard that from. As I recall, the video of the "war room cam" clearly showed Buddy and not Whaley on the phone working the deal with the Rams that landed us EJ and Kiko. Don't believe Rhinegold was released, just became a free agent and the Chargers signed him. What was the point of the first link? Whaley was promoted in May, after the draft.
  11. Belief is a powerful thing, and I think the Bills believe. It's going to take a near perfect game by the Bills but I'm not sure they've played their best ball yet. I'll wait to find out if Jimmy Graham is playing before I weigh in on this.
  12. Sheesh, I thought it was a poignant observation. Williams' positioning error at that stage of the game was shocking, and potentially the deciding factor in the game.
  13. Anyone who's thinking Mario's not mentally into his work needs to watch that video. Love the intensity.
  14. You are correct. I mentioned this same play in the Aaron Williams thread. A good throw on that play would have us sitting at 2-5 right now.
  15. Yes, and as a matter of fact on the last Miami drive Williams was manned up on a Miami receiver who blew by him and, had the throw been a good one, would have beaten the Bills. Aaron has played well but he still scares me as a CB.
  16. Me too, I thought Trent was going to be the one.
  17. OK, Marrone just clarified that that was not the call on the last kick. Bad thread.
  18. I'm concerned about this play as well, but how do you know at this stage that it was called this way?
  19. Meh. I like him over the long haul but didn't see many good plays today. Be specific - what good plays did you see out of him today?
  20. I see what you're doing there but I give more credit to Mario than I do Clabo.
  21. Fred deserves at least a playoff run in his career.
