Had Sean fired his rookie OC who only put up 10 points against the Bengals in the playoffs, instead of pushing out his #1-ranked DC (whose side was rocked after Hamlin incident and was starting multiple backups), the last couple seasons might have ended very differently.

Firing McDermott could send the Bills spiraling back down into the abyss? .... with the league's MVP at QB? The drought really broke some of you. There is ZERO chance Sean admits he's failed as the team's defensive mind and brings in someone new.

Josh Allen is the MVP of the entire league and has been playing at that level for 4 years. A better question might be: What does Sean bring to the table that would make you think any half-decent coach couldn’t do at least as well? Is it his stellar D? Nope. In-game decision making? Nope. Commitment to getting a generational QB talent top weapons? Nope. This fanbase needs to get over its Sean loyalty for ending the draught. That was 8 years ago.
