Falcons cut Eli Ankou: OFFICIAL Signed to Bills PS

Definitely a disappointment, but I would put Harty up there as well. -
I've said it in the past. Josh seems to play better when he is at the line with 18 seconds or more. Allows him to time to see the D better. He seems more in control of the O when this happens. Also, when your at 10 or less, the D knows it's getting snapped quickly. No time for Josh or Morse to adjust if needed. Allows the D to T off. I also think Josh is a little better playing it more backyard or offscript. Dorseyβs play calling may be long or too structured. Plus he seems like a control freak. You can't control Josh or Diggs, you gotta just let them be themselves and let them play.

Eagles trade for All Pro S Kevin Byard
LyndonvilleBill replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yup. Saftey is on my list as well. Was peaking around and I wonder if maybe Lewis Cine ( Vikings) could be had at a bargain right now? Broke his leg last year, had a hammy issue earlier this season and hasn't been able to get on the field. May not move the needle now, but maybe an opportunity?π€ Plus plays ST's. Right up McBean's alley. -
I guess you found the next Teller...π€£

He needs a haircut and either Barkley or Webb sitting with him on the bench. I think he needs someone to talk things through with when things are off. Someone to bounce things off from. The other Allen seems useless. π«€

I thinks that's more of a general statement. I believe most, if not all teams do this. It still falls on Dorsey as he is the OC. I wasn't a Dorsey hater, but I'm changing direction. Can't have these slow starts, it doesn't allow Josh to get into any kind of rythm and boggs down the whole team imo.
-
I believe it is poor prep. If the first 15 or so plays are scripted, it's on Dorsey to correct it. I wouldn't mind it if the first few plays weren't working, let Josh call some to allow Dorsey time to adjust and communicate, but I don't think a no huddle offense would be wise for a majority of the game.

This! Or just find a really good 1DT to put next to Oliver and I think the D will be OK (not Great) but good enough. NO MORE FORDS ON THIS TEAM!π -

I think Josh was calling those plays. Probably why they worked.π -

I think the mic cut out. I think he said "Josh may not play the second half this week"!π€£π€£π€£ -

If you're older like me, take a nap.π If you're younger like others pop a top and start early.π€£ -
As long as he doesn't get #300 against us, I could care less if he coaches to 100.π

I don't want to dunk on Edmunds, but, he just seemed to be that really big kid that didn't want to hurt a smaller kid. Also seemed to lack that intensity or "Dog" in him. With Bernard, he just seems like he is jacked up and wants to hit something/someone. He also seems to be a communicator. Always moving around, pointing to things, like he sees what's going on and makes sure others see it as well. A little "Froggie" and ready to jump, almost fearless. As to Williams (My Guy!π), I didn't/wouldn't think he would come in and outplay a Milano. Replacing an all pro is not easy, but I really like what I've seen so far. Could he? possibly. But let's not get ahead of our ski's. Just hold the Fort and gain some experience. We can have a better conversation later as to the better tandems. Today will be a good test for our LB'S and I'll be watching closely. π«£
