  1. Still have Isabella on the bench. Also Ankou back. So we have a couple to pull for wr and dt. Personally, being a Williams fan, I think he needs to get snaps. Not going to improve much without experience. Also have Klein and Matakevich if push comes to shove. Or stick with Dime if needed. Could be a lot worse. I'm disappointed on the Elam side. I was very hopeful, but, if he can't get on the field, I understand moving on (very unfortunate). So I put CB as a priority at this point. Not to jinx anything, but Edge and Saftey are also on my mind to look into.🤫
  2. Before - Bills vs SF Think - Bills vs Lions Want - Bills vs Panthers...😁
  3. I keep trying to picture him in the backfield, but I just can't get there.🤷🏻
  4. With the way the O looked Thursday and Shakir, Davis and Dalton looking better, does it change your mind at all as to the trade deadline and position priority? Or if a trade is really needed?
  5. I don't thinks is so much as getting hurt, but if you're going to penalize someone for holding up a peace sign or for a headbutt, throwing a punch or swinging a helmet shouldn't they be one as well.🤔
  6. On a positive note, at least he is "Ranked"...😁
  7. Sometimes you just have to talk and work through your issues...Cheaper than a shrink! 😁
  8. I wouldn't say we've wasted 5 years. He's gained a lot of experience over that time. If you really thought the Bills were Superbowl contenders for his first 3 yrs, that was a big mistake!
  9. Brag much!!??🤣🤣
  10. As I said, I am one of the few. The way I see it is McD took on the DC role in addition to the HC role. That's a lot imo. I think It takes a little time to learn how to balance all that. I don't thinks he's the one holding the O back from being aggressive. I put that on Dorsey. If anything, I think McD is calling a defensive game the way he is to offset Dorsey’s shortcomings. Trying to give Dorsey time to get the O on track. It just hasn't been progressing the way it should. Last night way probably one of the better games, but I don't think it was Dorsey. The O started puttering again and McD did what he could with the tools he had to hold on for the win. If not for dumb penalties, they would have stopped them, what, twice on that last drive? IMO, it's the OC, not McD.
  11. True, but as a leader, you're only as good as the people underneath you. Make a change when you can at OC, and I think things get much better. It's sounds like Dorsey is still using old playbooks. Maybe he should call Daboll to get the translations correct. 😁
  12. I may be one of the few, but I like what McD is doing on D. A little more aggressive, but not over the top and considering who is out for injuries I think he is doing pretty darn good. Perfect, no, but pretty good. I think he is pretty hands off on O and let's Dorsey handle that side. That's where I think change needs to happen. Dorsey has his moments, but was the wrong choice for OC. Some of his play calls boggles the mind. I think they'll get a new DC this offseason to allow McD to get back to being a HC and I wouldn't be shocked (one could hope) if a change is made at OC.🙏
  13. I think Josh called some of the early plays when we were running uptempo. Could be wrong, but I'm sticking with it. People talk about McD riding Allen's coattails, but I think Dorsey was holding onto Josh's cape last night and started dragging him down in the 2nd half. Let the man FLY!! 😄
  14. How about a little I formation w/Gilliam and Murray from inside the 5 or some jet sweeps? Jeepers, Gilliam is what 240? Why have a "FB" and not at least use him once in a while inside the 5? Try a couple jet sweeps throughout the game to at leat give them something to think about when we get there.🤷‍♂️
  15. Change that to Harty and I'm on board!😁
  16. I actually like Isabella being brought up. I'm hoping he gets some targets to see what we got. He's got some wheels and just a little bigger. Why not? Harty is/was a waste of money.
  17. Trade with the Vikings. Lewis Cine for Elam. Straight up.😁
  18. I saw Hicks in a "Rumor" post about the Bills. If they are talking to the Vikings, I'd also be interested in Lewis Cine. Maybe a package deal.😁
  19. Looking at the W/L columns, close to what I originally thought, although not quite the teams. I expected losses at Jets and against Miami, but expected wins against Jags and NE. Giants game was my Tie game when I projected 11-5-1 for the season. I expected to split with the Jets and Phins, but thought we'd get 2 from NE and go 4-2 in the division. That being said, I still expect to go 4-2, so we will sweep the Phins and win the division.😁 As to where we end up, I still believe we can make the dance. The Philly and Dallas games will help me decide W/L. 😉
  20. Yeah, I don't get the Evan's hype. When I watch him, he just seems like a Glorified Gabe Davis to me. But, to each their own. Saffold definitely did something to get the PB nod, but I don't think it had anything to do with his play.😱
  21. Not sure if he was that bad. Saffold was horrible, we might have played better with 4 on OL last year. In retrospect, we basically did.🤣
  22. I don't disagree. I'm just calling it like I see it.😉. They did upgrade 2 spots, so I guess we have to give some credit there.🤏
  23. Meetings like this can actually turn out quite beneficial. I do these with my teams every year. Working for a worldwide company, there can be a lot of change and from my chair and having so many people I'm responsible for, it's hard to get the true pulse of all of them. I typically launch the meeting and then turn it over to my team leaders. Then I work with my team leaders and work out a plan. Then we set a follow up meeting, present what we can do and explain reasons as to why other items may not be able to be changed. The key is the follow up and how it's handled. Obviously I can't fix/change everything, but in most cases, I can resolve a few of them. Getting them involved allows them to feel as part of the solution. It can be quite motivating. I would imagine it could be similar here. Some people/players may be hesitant to speak freely to who pays them but is willing to open up to their peers. It not like the entire team is a clusterf***. Slight improvement in a couple of spots could make a world of difference. Just my opinion. 🤷‍♂️
  24. Great, now I have the candy bar poem stuck in my head!!😱🤣🤣
