Head coaches are like CEOs at corporations they dictate authority to others in their area of expertise. The are kind of the team organizer and direction taker. Of course they are the ones with final say on roster decisions and such. On the surface they appear not to do much but they actually do alot. Bill Parcells would famously tell his strength coaches the exact weight program he wanted executed down to each player.

On Sirius today…there are reportedly multiple teams ready to pay Daniel Jones at least 45 million a year should he hit the open market. I can just imagine Joe, Justin, Lamar, and Trevor saying after 1 decent year he’s going to get what?
