I would be down with the pick. One of the biggest impacts between Josh's sophomore and junior in college, was the loss of TE Jacob Hollister (now with the Patriots). I think Hockenson would be a significant upgrade to the position and the offense overall.

Not going to lie; he looked pretty good in his pro day video. I understand there is a difference between pro day and gameday, and he has issues with drops. Just saying, his pro day video looked explosive.

Kay has a secret crush on Allen, based on watching other videos of her talking about him.

Teams like the Chargers, Patriots, Giants, Broncos, etc make sense because they have aging QBs coming to the end of their careers and you could arguably get a QB with a 1st round grade for the cost of a 2nd/3rd round pick (depending on how desperate AZ is in trading him).

Bottom Line: Bills got their QB; the back-up Barkley just signed a 2-year extension and is of more value to the development of Allen and the overall team than Rosen would be; Rosen would just be a distraction. The front office would lose all credibility doing this, showing they have no confidence in Allen (which we know is not true) and by blowing a 2nd round pick when they could have gotten another young WR, DT, TE, etc. It's not going to happen, time for this thread to DIE.

...and the first bad game Allen has next year. "Put in Rosen", "let's see what he has"! And then Rosen has a bad game, "Put Allen back in"...! NO MORE *****! Continue to build the infrastructure of this team around Allen and the Defense. If Allen is not developing going into year four, then at least you will have the infrastructure around. You will never recover that 2nd round pick for either one if they were to get cut. Invest that 2nd round pick for the right 2nd round player.
