  1. 5/5 and a TD and yet VW82 is Silent! DON'T LET YOUR BIAS show!
  2. They mentioned it in the pregame by one of the sideline reporters.
  3. Totally understand. I didn't mean for my comment to be oriented towards you; more of an emphasis to your point.
  4. Allen is the furthest thing from a snowflake, and if you doubt that, you don't know him, his upbringing, nor his path to the Bills.
  5. This is how I see it as well. He got a new haircut for the game and all. I truly think he overhyped himself and really wanted to deliver a win so badly that he instinctively went back to bad habits and tried to will his way through it instead of letting the game come to him. You could tell early in the game he appeared nervous and was pressing too hard. In a way, Belchick and the hype was in his head before the first snap. He will learn from this (hopefully) and coaching will continue to do their part to help him.
  6. Well, bottom line is. He and the coaches will get it fixed or he’ll be a backup somewhere else in a few years. He’s definitely shown strides, but for the sake of the franchise, the Bills need to continue to invest in the infrastructure around him and he NEEDS TO PLAY too see if he will develop into the QB we desire. That way if he flames out, the next QB will be in a better situation.
  7. With all the hate on Allen, where is the discussion on the coaching. Certainly Allen is responsible for his play, but what about the coaching? Everyone here, to include team management, knew he was a long term project with a high ceiling. He wasn’t even supposed to play year one. So where is the discussion on Dorsey, Dabol, and McDermott? They share in the responsibility to coach the hero ball mentality out of him, or at least when to use it. When they are in FG range, is someone telling Allen through the headset, Do No Take a Sack here! Sure, he should have the situational awareness, but coaches should helping him as well. This weekend was the first I heard of Dabol getting in his ear. Next time, grab his face mask or something. I still have a lot of faith in Allen, because if he and the coaches can get this figured out, he can become the franchise QB we have been waiting for. As hard as it is in today’s NFL, we must have patience. As someone who also followed the Chargers, Brees had a slow start as well, he didn’t really start blossoming until year 3.
  8. The majority of the offense looked out of sync. Josh we know (been beat to death); but the tackles played poorly, the WRs were having trouble getting seperation, and the offensive game plan looked completely different than the first few weeks. The interior line and Gore were impressive though.
  9. Surely, there is plenty of room on that train. Jump aboard.
  10. Josh has to play because you need to see if he can be coached and play his way out of these stupid self-inflicted mistakes. There's a time and place to play hero, but not while going backwards and throwing on your back foot.
  11. So you are shifting your point from Barkley playing because Allen is hurt to Barkley playing because he is a better short term option. So you are trying to hide a QB controversy within your thread. Just be honest.
  12. Up until this game, he was right in the middle (around 19). So stop.
  13. Do you feel vindicated? Is that why you show up when Allen has a bad game? You've hated Allen since he was drafted.
  14. He also breaks out of sacks and has makes crucial first downs right? Last week he broke out a critical sack on the game winning drive last week right? He just needs to improve his situational awareness.
  15. No surprise from you...you've been a Josh hater from day 1.
