  1. FYI...Minshew broke the "Two Bills Drive" 300 yd game standard, but only put up 3 pts. Hmmm. The only stat that matters the most is putting the ball over the opponents goal line, and keeping the other team from do the same to you.
  2. How about this excuse. Buffalo sucks at developing and or attracting talent.
  3. Would a retractable roof or some sort of portable cover work for crap days? The stadium looks so nice on sunny days.
  4. Dude stop. I'm not putting words in your mouth. I was replying to SC Bills, you jumped in and said "No one is asking for him to be traded". And then you asked me a question about how long does a QB needed to be evaluated to get a fair assessment and I gave you my general thought about the overall issues with the offense.
  5. You jumped in on my reply to SCBills; I didn't approach you.
  6. I don't know, but this offense has a lot more issues than just Josh. The WR debate tonight is just one thought; but we have TEs with the dropsies, RBs who are getting outrushed by the QB, and linemen who get the most inopportune penalties, and yes a QB is adding to it with costly turnovers. And last of all, an O-Coordinator who at times calls some brilliant plays, and others just baffle the hell out you. But the fall guy is always the QB; I get it because he's the leader. But to omit the other fallacies of the offense and just constantly trash the kid irritates me as a fan. For many here, it's not constructive criticism - it's hiding behind a key board and blasting out hatred.
  7. Admit it; you want to see him gone because you have no patience. The fan base wants to keep playing QB roulette until they catch lightening in the bottle (ala Mahomes). The fans didn't want him, therefore it's easy to justify their position.
  8. It doesn't matter bro. This fan base won't be happy until Josh is traded. He was never their guy, so he has an extremely short leash. I get it though, this is what happens when you have a recent culture of futility.
  9. You're so right. It's not that we can't move the ball. We have proven that, but there are some errors in execution in each of the things you mentioned that are killing drives.
  10. Did I even say or suggest "all the time"? Part of a RB responsibilities is to be able to block on pass plays when not put out on a route. Especially if he is to be a feature back as you are suggesting. But you are already know that...or maybe you don't!
  11. So you're saying when he is in, just give him the rock? Opposing defenses would sure love that logic.
  12. I don't disagree at all. It's just my conjecture, that perhaps he's not the feature back because he still needs to work on pass pro, assignments, and the bills run a lot of play action.
  13. While we all agree he definitely needs more touches; one of the reasons he isn't getting as much playing time is because he could be seen as a liability in pass protection as a rookie. This can be an issue with smaller backs and those who don't do much pass protection in college.
  14. Maybe the Bills do not know how to develop talent! Which is why players succeed elsewhere.
  15. Have you seen how well this team can set up screens? It's pretty pathetic. Seems we have gone away with the short crossing routes, and digs, and reverted back to the longer developing routes.
  16. Allen certainly has his struggles, but he is improving and slowly learning from his mistakes (hero ball and sliding). This offensive roster is not there yet. Brown is not a real #1, he is a great #2. Beasley is a good #3 and the rest are good role players. We are lacking a true #1 opposite Brown who will win 50/50 balls. Knox is not there yet, and Kroft has shown me nothing. We are lacking a great TE also. The line is still in the works. The starting RB is playing well but he's close to drawing social security and is still getting outrushed by the QB. Not sure what to make of Singletary. Is he a lead back or more of a Sproles type? The overall offensive roster is below average at best, yet are 5-2. The roster can get better, but it probably won't happen this year. And if the Bills make the Playoffs, to me that's a successful season.
  17. ...and Dabol called two horrific screen plays after Gore gained a first on two good runs. This team, for some reason, cannot execute and effective screen game.
