  1. The NFL and the Bills organizations aren’t the state. The protocols will exist and organizations will follow them like concussion protocols. And I think you may be editorializing a bit by calling the vaccine a “rigged up thing” pretty funny actually. If Cole has concerns about safety maybe he should move into the stadium and only play home games because travel is far riskier than the vaccines, 300,000,000 doses in the US and no deaths attributed. “Obsessing” you really do love your editorializing to concoct a point. Also 600k died from COVID last year are you saying more died from worry? Seems unlikely.
  2. That’s not gonna happen. Protocols will be in place. Just like Cole had to abide by in college. Remember in order to play college ball these players face mandatory vaccination. The NFL has picked vaccinations or protocols.
  3. Sorry you got confused. As the circumstances change so do the guidelines. IE when it is freezing swimming will kill you but it is safe to swim in the same water when it’s 80 degrees. That sort of flip flop and back tracking is reasonable and wise. NY requires vaccines for public school attendance. As an example of mandatory vaccines.
  4. I don't resent you, I'm just being honest. The shot is 90-95% effective, that means your choice does impact me and others who have had the shot because 14-21 million of us could still get sick. Your choice also impacts those that would get the shot but can't, people with cancer, medical conditions and the immuno compromised. So yes you can say I'm "fine risking others safety, and I will gladly risk their safety of others rather than getting a harmless shot." That's your choice, your freedom, but don't pretend that it only impacts you, your choice does impact others.
  5. But when you flip flop about the necessity to not go swimming in lake Erie in January via July it's a good and reasonable thing.
  6. The "he changed his mind" argument is one that holds limited water, When you wear a jacket in January and a swimsuit in july its because the situation changed not your mind. And when we were unsure in 2018 if Josh Allen would be an MVP player but in 2021 we are sure he can be an MVP its not so much that we cant make up our mind its that we know more. That being said we know that vaccines are the only medical approach with a proven track record of success at quelling these sorts of global outbreaks.
  7. What does this have to do with freedom of choice? I am free chose to be a Pats fan, but that doesn't change the fact that everyone here will rightly tell me that is a terrible, bad and destructive choice sure only to increase the collective evil and sadness of the universe. Not getting the vaccine for reasons other than valid medical reasons is exactly the same, but be a pats fan and don't get the vaccine, you are free to do so.
  8. Exactly we actually invested a lot into the QB position. 2nd for Collins, big contract for Johnson, 1st for Bledsoe, traded into the 1st for Losman, and a 1st for EJ. Plus brining in all kinds of free agents hoping guys like Fitz and Tyrod could be the answer.
  9. An Allen & Diggs bromance commercial is a license to print money.
  10. Josh is one of a kind and the growth we've seen in him since his rookie year has been unbelievable. Other teams will think they can replicate our success but they will fail. Josh Allen will end up beating other teams on the field and in their front office.
  11. Josh is tricky to talk about unless you watch the games. His first year he was a very bad passer, but he improved through the year. But he also had elite physical tools and was able to use that to throw some miracle passes and keep us competitive with his legs. With josh the team won 45% of its games without him starting we won 20% that was due to his physical tools and leadership. His second year he got better at being a passer and relied on his legs less. This was super important. Lots of guys with elite physical tools decline after the first year because the league figures out how to counter those tools. great QBs grow their game and expand their skills beyond those physical gifts. That’s what we all saw this year elite physical gifts combined with great QB play. so Josh went from bad passer to ok passer to great passer. But his elite physical traits meant he was never a terrible player.
  12. [Intro] You got the touch You got the power Yeah! [Verse 1] After all is said and done You've never walked, you've never run You're a winner You got the moves, you know the streets Break the rules, take the heat You're nobody's fool [Pre-Chorus 1] You're at your best when when the going gets rough You've been put to the test, but it's never enough [Hook] You got the touch You got the power When all hell's breaking loose You'll be riding the eye of the storm You got the heart You got the motion You know that when things get too tough You got the touch [Verse 2] You never bend, you never break You seem to know just what it takes You're a fighter It's in the blood, it's in the will It's in the mighty hands of steel When you're standing your ground [Pre-Chorus 2] And you never get hit when your back's to the wall Gonna fight to the end and you're taking it all [Hook] You got the touch You got the power When all hell's breaking loose You'll be riding the eye of the storm You got the heart You got the motion You know that when things get too tough You got the touch [Bridge] You're fighting fire with fire You know you got the touch You're at your best when the going gets rough You've been put to the test, but it's never enough [Outro] You got the touch You got the power Yeah! You got the touch You got the power
  13. These things were reliably produced when the Bills were less than stellar. They were funny, bragging like the best team in the league when we were far from it. Now that we are really good these Raps could legitimately get me hyped, please come back Bills raps.
  14. Nate Peterman with a -3 is the worst ELO in the league, so that checks out.
  15. I’m really hoping we lock up #2 next week. Then our starters can still get a bye week. But if we pull a 2004 Steelers and knock Miami out with our backups I won’t complain one bit. I want a Super Bowl which means we need to be ready to beat anyone we face Ravens included.
  16. Kindred spirit. I've got a similar Benq model.
  17. You need to learn about the wonderful world of projectors, I watch the game on a 10' screen.
  18. Josh Allen is different than all the others, for the first time it legitimately feels like we have a long term franchise QB. For me it sank in when Chad Kelly was released and I did not even think we should sign him. We’ve spent 25 years hoping that with just might luck in to finding a gold brick in a junkyard that the next dude we bring in might just be the answer. So every time some interesting guy became available I’d think maybe he could be that secret treasure, now I do t think that way, we already struck it rich. Go Bills
  19. When I saw the ball flying 50 yards downfield I thought "alright we're getting a huge chunk play" every other year for as long as I can remember I thought "oh well, gotta keep em honest, on to the next down".
  20. These were quotes from places like football outsiders, draft dudes, pff, Jon Ledyard
  21. I think this is why Josh is moving along faster than baker as well. Baker had a will to win and heart too, but Josh is just making bigger gains because he's "younger" in his experience.
  22. I think they missed how many fewer reps he had than the other top guys. He didn't go to elite QB camps, he didn't transfer high schools to go to a better football program and he went to a sub par college program as a result. The more you practice something the more you see diminishing returns, Josh has yet to hit that diminishing returns phase and other Josh was there before the draft.
