  1. Terrible throw and you can't convince me otherwise. Josh is a top 2 QB that legitimately may be bottom 2 at throwing the deep ball. Does anyone have a clip of the one to Kincaid? I haven't been able to find it.
  2. The reality of the situation is the exact opposite of what you said. Timeouts and burning the clock weren't a factor. If we didn't get a first down Houston was getting a FG attempt off, bottom line. Getting a first down was the goal and all that mattered.
  3. The more I watch it the worse the throw looks. Really don't understand ripping Hollins on that one. It was just a bad throw. Sure he slows down to track it, but it's not easy to run full speed while twisting back to get to a ball over your outside shoulder. Josh had a TON of room for error and still missed it.
  4. It's definitely bad WR play but it's also a poor throw. He is so open that Allen can throw it anywhere towards the inside and it would be a much easier catch.
  5. Yes, when we have 12 men in the field
  6. I mean let's be honest the comeback was more about the Texans choking than anything the bills did. CJ Stroud is the most overrated player in the league and it's probably by a wide margin. The Bills punted on 3 of their final 4 drives and the one they didn't was the one that started at the 15 and gained 0 yards.
  7. I went through the play by play and came up with 19/25 first down plays being runs. I went through it quick though and could be off slightly. Anyone have data on what the % is league wide for run vs pass on first down?
  8. Other than Josh, there were no injuries that we know of, right? That's a positive. Hopefully Ed, Shakir, Rapp and Johnson can all come back next week.
  9. The Bills offense got the ball back FOUR TIMES down 17-20/tied 20-20. Punt Punt FG (got the ball at the 15 and gained zero yards) Punt The defense gave us every chance to win. Houston tried to give the game away. I have no words for this offense 🤦‍♂️
  10. Burning clock and making them use their timeouts at the end should not have been a consideration at all. Forget run verse pass. The bill should have ran the best plays they thought possible in order to get a first down. That's what mattered. Also I put the blame on play calling, but I have no idea what Josh is doing here on second down after rewatching it. He has Kincaid wide open for an easy 6 to 7 yards..
  11. With Houston having three timeouts, running three times does not accomplish what you think are thinking it does. We needed a first down to get the game to OT. The decision to throw was not wrong. The play calls and throwing deep were the issue.
  12. The Bills will get healthy (hopefully) and likely win the division easily. Division titles are meaningless at this point. I have zero reason to believe this team can get into a shootout, let alone win one if needed. Houston is not our competition. They are overrated and not really a threat for anything. Look at the Ravens-Bengals game today. That's who we need to beat in January, in addition to KC. And right now, we can't compete with that. We don't have that kind of firepower or coaching. Changes need to be made.
  13. Ok we are getting way too detailed with hypotheticals now. At the end of the day I don't hate the decision to throw. I hate the play calls, and I hate that Josh didn't hit a wide open Samuel on third down.
  14. Yes I realize they wouldn't have been able to run that play that's why I brought up the FG being 5 yards longer. I see zero reason to believe based on the kick we saw that he wouldn't have made a slightly longer kick. Our pathetic offense couldnt complete a single freakin pass to move the ball and get the game to OT. That was the issue.
  15. I'll say this about Houston, they are extremely overrated. They have not been impressive at all this season. They tried very hard to give us the game, and I'm not sure they beat many teams other than Buffalo today.
  16. I mean what if we ran it three times and they used all their timeouts and the FG was 5 yards longer? It still would have been good. I don't mind the aggression at the end. Didn't execute. Samuel was wide open. Offense was absolutely pathetic the entire game in every single way possible. Allen waa bad receivers were bad Brady was bad. They need to figure it out.
  17. No one is even close to open on these plays
  18. Defense was beyond good enough today, regardless what happens the rest of the way. Credit to them.
  19. Credit to the defense, missing 5 starters. Wasn't perfect but they kept us afloat.
  20. Burrow quietly playing very well since Week 1
  21. The receivers suck but let's not act like Josh isn't playing awful. Those deep balls were terrible. College QBs make those throws.
  22. Dalton 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
