While I def agree with most of what you say, lack of defense is what hurts them WHEN they play better teams. It ends up being a shootout, unless you are feasting on rookie or back-up QB's. This years D was a casebook of they played awesome against the teams the should have (JAX withstanding) and they struggled a bit with the playoff teams. Don't get me wrong - I am ALL over more weapons and better O-Line depth. Just like a "get home" DL or DE is a priority.

All the Bills back then were cool like that. Unless it was a huge important TD they just handed the ball over and went back to the huddle/sideline. Unlike Manny OMFG I got a catch Sanders!!!! That really irritates me to no end. Git yo azz up and git back in the huddle!!!! Dammit!

Conjecture and hearsay......I move to strike that comment from the record. Until I see Tre's twitter light up showing the POS some love I doubt it. NFL is a business, doesn't mean Tre gets any input.

First off the 17 days a year is bunk. Refs are required to show up at the very least a day before sometimes 2 days before. They have meetings and go over tape from previous games so there aren't any surprises. In the off season they work practices/scrimmages and then pre-season games. There is a whole lot more to it than 17 games. Now having said all that it amazes me that there are some of the piss poor refs out there still working. The potential pool to choose from is HUGE. And yet we are stuck with some of the worst refs possible. In their mild defense they are human and they do eff up from time to time. But come one. Jerome Boger? Please sir find the door and let yourself out.

Not to sound like an old geezer but damn I feel sorry for people who grew up with mid 90's and on samples music. I got to see all the cool bands that everyone still knows and loves. When I saw Michael Jackson in the Rose Bowl I was impressed......when I watched both Aerosmith, Petty, Chili Peppers, and the Stones play on TV I was way more impressed. THOSE were bands.......just saying that they were my musical preference. Hope the above cast of artists rock out and it is a good show......we shall see. GO BILLS!
