Bills-Lions in a few weeks will feel like a Super Bowl...the media will talk it up. That matchup is very intriguing.

Week 11, Chefs v. Bills, GAME BALLS!

Thank you! My bad. Yeah I just love the philosophy of adding these long athletic dudes. -

Van Denmark was awesome. I thought he did a great job. Athleticism is obvious and he did a really nice job against Karlaftis who has given us issues in the past. Plus he played a very clean game whereas Spencer Brown, and I love him, is good for one or two idiotic things per game. He may have lost his cool in this one. Van Denmark just played a very steady game. -
Patriots Waiving WR Tyquan Thornton

There was a run on receivers starting with Thornton. George Pickens, Alec Pierce, I think Sky Moore then the Bills trade back twice. It would be interesting because they already added Lewis Cine as a formerly highly drafted throw away guy from that draft. -

Kick the tires for sure. There is that Dave Aranda connection as well. Sometimes guys like this hit at their second spot where there is no draft pedigree pressure. Fast, slight of build, but interesting buy low. -
Let's just try to remember this in FA when we clamor for the bottom of the roster garbage. Dudes like this are dime a dozen players and vet minimum guys. MVS was interesting because of his size and speed, but you're still better off with young guys who cost nothing. Pay the elite players, everyone else is expendable.

Yeah he makes sense as a short-term replacement for Smoot, since he has that inside-outside flex. I just don't think he is very good, but I could see it happening.
-
Does Honey Badger make any sense Is he done? Or expensive?
-
I would do a Kupp trade just for how well he would fit with the offensive concepts. But he has been hurt quite a bit and is on the downturn. I am not sure I do a second. Maybe a second for a 4th and Kupp. JMO

Yes this is where I am at. He will never win a championship as a HC.

They are zone players who are slow. From what I recall, Bishop and Elam are probably the only guys with speed who ran a fast 40.
-
The Jets are not good. We will be ok. Not gonna win them all. I actually like the matchup with the Jets more than the Texans matchup.

Most kickers are pretty much the same except the few elite guys. That is why you only re-sign the elite and you never draft kickers. Otherwise, you rinse and repeat and find new guys until you find an elite one.

No one is talking about... Javon Solomon

He was like a wrecking ball. We are kind of finally seeing McDermott's vision of drafting all these defensive linemen and sending fresh bodies at these quarterbacks over and over again. It's relentless. -
Give some love to the big guys up front
MrEpsYtown replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall
I've been a big Edwards guy for awhile and he has been very good so far. Hopefully, he stays healthy. McGovern at center just seems way more stout than Morse, and I was a big Morse guy. The rest of the line is just playing really well and Dion Dawkins continues to be super underrated. -
Honestly, McDermott probably will. That is the kind of thought process he typically has when it comes to special teams. This is not a bash McD thing, I'm just saying they will probably do something really dumb with the kickoffs.
-
I remember us being on him pre draft in 2022 and I think there was a good group of people who wanted to add him in that draft. I have no idea how his career has fared so far, but it's an interesting upside play.
-
He looks like he belongs and his RAS score was impressive. Also the fact that he stared this game means they likely hold him in high regard.

I’m guessing they sign whoever the Broncos cut. I think that’s why Ben DiNicci is here, since he was with the Broncos last year he is familiar with Sean Payton’s offense which has some crossover with the Joe Brady’s stuff.

Only 5 million? Seems like a bargain when you look at New York prices

Hopefully gymnast Sydney Razeghi is next

clearly all in

It's just classic nepotism. Rodgers loves him plus Hackett's dad was a well-respected coach. You see that garbage in every walk of life.
