  1. I actually love McSorely. Honestly, I'd spend a seventh on him and try to make him a safety. He's smart and played a lot of DB in high school. It would be a project, but the dude is a football guy. If you look at his combine testing numbers, they are all on par with Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer, size, 40, length etc etc. I'd love to have him on our team and I think a safety conversion makes a lot of sense.
  2. Williams lost his argument when he mentioned Riley Reiff, who blows.
  3. I actually think, if this is the price for Clowney, it's reasonable. A swap of first rounders and a 2020 second rounder isn't crazy. I know the draft chart isn't the be all end all. But 9 is worth 1350 and 23 is worth 760. The difference is 590. The number 29 pick is worth 640. Buffalo would be 50 points shy here which is the value of a late fourth rounder, and we have two of those. You could also likely work Jerry Hughes into the trade if you really wanted to and recoup some value in draft picks. I would offer the Texans a swap of ones, a 2020 second rounder, and a 2019 4th. It's a fair deal for both teams and would be the same value that Seattle got for Clark. We would still have nine picks is year. It's a no brainer to me.
  4. I still don't understand why Dillard is a pure left tackle with long arms when his arms and wingspan are smaller than Jonah Williams. I must be missing something here, but why is arm length an issue for one and not the other. Dillard is such a trap. If Carolina screws us out of Dillard it will be a blessing for us and for Cam Jordan, Vic Beasley and the other pass rushers in NFC South.
  5. I think he's in for a Jonathan Martin type career, without all the scandal. He's soft and passive. NFL rushers are going to kick his butt imo. A lot of his games involve him standing around watching the play. I think that whoever drafts him will be very dissapointed and I hope and pray it isn't the Bills.
  6. There is a guy named Hitner in the draft. So there that's something
  7. It's also a scheme fit. With KC going full time to a 4-3, I don't think Ford would hold up as an every down base defensive end. I wonder if they will still be able to keep Chris Jones and Tyreek Hill though.
  8. Clark is so much better than Ford. More production in less time. Great against the run as well and younger.
  9. I just think he's going to suck. Like he would be off my board if I had one.
  10. The only thing that will make me blow a gasket is Andre Dillard. I will be very upset.
  11. I really like Daniel Jeremiah's stuff and thoughts and I keep coming back to him having Hockenson as like the 4th or 5th best player in this draft. I think, if he went back to Iowa, he would definitely be a top ten player next year. I think he's a top ten player this year. If he turns out to be one of those guys, it will definitely be the sexiest of picks.
  12. Outside of Hockenson, I don't think there are any studs left here. Maybe Fant or Ferrell. Dillard is going to be terrible imo. I think Murphy, Baker, Greedy, and Rock Ya Sin may all go in that 15-30 range so we aren't that far from value there. My board at this point would be Hock, Murphy, Ferrel. And I don't have a board. Just imaginary in my mind lol.
  13. I love this excercise because the moral of the story here is that you have to be careful how far you trade down if you do decide to trade down. There are something like 15-18 really good first rounders here and then a who,e bunch of guys who could go from anywhere between 18 and 50. I do think the Bills would consider a corner here as well.
  14. I think he will really struggle as a 4-3 end. His arms are short and he just isn't stout enough imo. I think he could be serviceable in a 3-4 where he might get moved around a bit. Interesting player with nice hair, but I don't see a fit here. Guys like Sweat, Ferguson...those are McDermott ends.
  15. How dare you live your life and step away from this board? SMDH ?
  16. Blake Cashman!
  17. With the 10th pick in the 2019 NFL draft, the Denver Broncos select Jonah Williams, OL , Alabama. @whatdrought is now on the clock. Sorry don't know how to link it. I believe that the Broncos will skip quarterback this year and I considered Lock and Bush, but I'm making Jonah my center and moving McGovern back to right guard. I believe Williams can be a Alex Mack level center. If Garret Bolles does not improve, I can always move Williams out. I'm basically grabbing the best OL available at this point. I'm taking the best OL talent avalable and allowing Mike Munchak to mold him into whatever he wants. I believe the Broncos want to win now.
  18. I'll make a pick in about 5 minutes
  19. I have some guys I like but will consider a trade down. So let me know if anybody wants up.
  20. A lot of what I heard,/read said about really 18 prospects, 3-4 of which are elite. So probably don't want to trade down past say, 18-20.
  21. I still think guys like Corey Luiget or Mo Wilkerson could be cheap free agent stopgaps at the three technique spot. Both are younger than McCoy but not as good. Luiget gives you elite run stopping and Mo has more length and pass rush ability. I don't think we are forced to take a three Tech, but if he's there you take Oliver.
