  1. Great guy. Cool gesture. May need to hire a PVC (Personal Vehicle Coach).
  2. Yes and that is precisely the play that Brady was referring to. Basham had also received a roughing the passer penalty but I don’t think that is what Brady was talking about.
  3. Thanks a lot for posting that. Great story and terrific writing and reporting, as usual, from Dunne. Gotta root for Efe.
  4. He’s 100% right and he’s 100% disingenuous and he’s 100% the greatest and he’s 100% fraudulent.
  5. Very sorry to hear that, bud. My mother had dementia in Buffalo as well. Not pretty. Good on you and your wife. For your needs, perhaps Hamburg like others said. I’m partial to North Buffalo myself. Nothing is very far though.
  6. Yep. Most of the drops in his career, on replay, you can see him start to look upfield before he secures it. That's not a hands problem that is a concentration problem and can be fixed. We would like to have had it fixed by now of course. I expect him to have a pretty decent year. Not great, not all pro, but make a bunch of catches with a couple less bonehead plays.
  7. Yup. They asked me to a few weeks ago. Thanks for asking, appreciate support.
  8. Yeah, you can see why scouts and GMs are excited about his potential. He has size and skills. I like this signing a lot for the 16th player on the PS.
  9. We discussed this a bit yesterday. Coach Tuesday reminded me about the Jets. They have Tyler Kroft, who is nothing, and virtually nothing else. I think he means inside like in slot, not inline TE. Kumerow is a good blocker for a WR.
  10. I think he’s wisened up and matured. Did you see him on the Crate Challenge.
  11. If he caught the easy drops and didn’t catch the equal amount he has no business catching, people would have little problem with him at all.
  12. “I met her in the Rainbow Bar She was a credit to her gender She put me through some changes, Lord Sort of like a Warring Blender” - Warren Zevon “Poor Poor Pitiful Me” I like it. With 16 spots on the PS you can take a flyer on a player like this. Plus, even though he’s never played, he’s already the 12th best TE in Bills history.
  13. I wouldn't doubt if Stevenson could play opening day. This was just a way to keep the guys they wanted for now. By week three, someone else will be dinged up and they will IR them for 3 weeks (or more).
  14. He caught 25 balls. They didn't try to resign him. They decided they wanted to go with livinf legends Will Dissly, Colby Parkinson and Tyler Mabry instead, before signing Gerald Everett after Hollister signed with the Bills.
  15. I think because it’s only 3 weeks that instead of releasing anyone we’re much more likely to just IR someone with a short or mid term injury.
  16. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/J/JoneTa00.htm#returns
  17. He’s returned 82 KO in his career. Still has some wheels. 23 ypr. He could do it if we were stuck during a game. Not good, and not a PR candidate though.
  18. Don’t think so. I think he was practicing on limited basis in red shirt and that Beane intimated everyone is expected to be able to play game one with maybe one exception.
  19. To me it doesn’t at all mean just the flat I have 3 and can only keep 2. It’s the whole roster because how many you keep on one unit affects others. Star is unvaccinated. They kept 5 DT. Maybe one more is. Maybe ONE of the several reasons they kept 5 is Star. That means it affected their thinking and decisions. That extra DT, like the WR example, affects the different units.
  20. When you run an inline TE the defense has to adjust usually an extra LB v DB. You can then run or pass out of that formation. Or use them as wingbacks. Hollister almost always would be split wide. They sometimes used him as a H-back type but I think Kumerow is as good a blocker. You don't use him the same way you would use Knox or Sweeney who do both inline and split out. Sweeney is not a son quick or athletic as Hollister but he allows you to do a lot more.
  21. We don't know which players are and are not vaccinated on the Bills, and even if you are, your position group can be affected by vaccination status. For example, I don't think it's pure coincidence that the Bills had three WR unvaccinated (now two) and that we kept 7 WR which is virtually unheard of. Those 7 WR affects most other units, considering we would love to have kept Johnson but no room for him, another OL but no room, maybe Hollister but no room, another CB but no room. Do we know this for absolute sure? Of course not. But again I think it's almost impossible to imagine that Beane, McD, Daboll and Chad Hall did not strongly discuss the fact that Beasley, Davis and McKenzie were not vaccinated regardless of their public stance.
  22. We don't know that. He may not wanted to be here. He may be getting offers from other teams or a just wait a week or two and we will sign you notices. I know you know this, but just because a guy isn't on the PS doesnt mean A or B team didn't want him there.
