Worst shutout ever.

The game reminded me of Bills games of yore, before they were good, when on 10-15 crucial plays one guy, a different guy, would make a mistake and muck it up. This happened a lot. The Bills are a good, solid team though. I don’t expect it to continue. This was a bad start against a good team we should beat at home. We had a lot of chances we squandered. But I doubt it changes the season much.

That may be true but that is not the play that happened. The play that actually happened was an easily caught ball. Right in his hands. Split second to secure it before hit.

He needs to catch that. It’s why he was brought here. The ball was a little late but IMO he catches the ball and it’s not stripped.

One could argue that the Sanders drop was the biggest play, or one of the biggest, considering it’s probably at least 3 points AND there is no blocked punt for the TD the other way. Granted, Josh missing Sanders was a huge one as well.

Normally I agree with your takes, and normally I agree with this one about the refs. But in this one, I don’t think he has a decent chance to make the catch without the small shove. And if that’s the case, that the shove allowed the catch that otherwise wouldn’t have been made, you have to make the call IMO.

This is the kind of ***** that pisses me off. It doesn’t make sense. Oh, so funny, Brady doing Subway commercials when he doesn’t eat bread. Hahaha. He doesn’t eat Subway. And wouldn’t anyway. Why is this either funny or a good idea?

Brady and his team get every necessary call. But it’s not much different than the NBA and Jordan (and later Shaq) getting every call. Sports changed IMO with Jordan. Superstars used to get the benefit of the doubt on calls, in pretty much every sport. When Jordan became a superstar, halfway into his career, he no longer got the benefit of the doubt, he pretty much got every call. That’s what happened with Brady.

This turned into exciting entertaining game.

It’s hilarious that this game is going to come down to Zuerlin.

Brady is great. I don’t want to disparage him. But his weapons are insane. Three top tier wideouts. Three! Two very good tight ends. Great line and coaching. Good backs. Great defense. He has a ridiculous amount of help.

Lotta really good and bad plays. Lotta really good and bad coaching. Pretty good and entertaining half. But not enough injuries.

Isn’t it a penalty to take your helmet off like that?

The first one a good WR sees it’s going to be short and moves a yard in before it gets there and catches it. Not a good pass but he could or should have caught it.
