Prediction for cut down day: AJ Klein will get cut
RichRiderBills replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah but I think they signed Klein to a cheap deal. -
Prediction for cut down day: AJ Klein will get cut
RichRiderBills replied to Saxum's topic in The Stadium Wall
I doubt Klein gets cut due to essentially no one else flashing strong, injuries to Bernard and now Specter. I think they may cut Matekavich this year as some of the younger guys can take his role on ST. Kameron Cline has been a ST demon. -
Elam now CB4 and playing kickoff coverage in the preseason
RichRiderBills replied to Process's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think we should still be patient w Elam. I still say this is more a product of how good the whole CB group has played. I warned about many of the UF players they come from system that coddles them , not pushes them. The current defensive climate of UF is some of the worst I've seen of that. They are often slow learners in the NFL game or guys that get totally frustrated when the going gets tough. But some adjust and rise to the challenge. It may not happen overnight. Kid is talented and seems to have a good attitude. Need 4-5 good corners so I'm not trading anyone. -
Will Kingsley Jonathan make the 53?
RichRiderBills replied to I'm Spartacus's topic in The Stadium Wall
I still have him off my 53 but damn close. The key factor is what they do w AJ. I think Basham will stick around. Also, keep in mind Cline plays ST. -
Few things not being talked about concerning this offense.
RichRiderBills replied to PrimeTime101's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with most of what you say here. Brown even had some good plays as well. What I found more concerning was Dawkins. Man he looked out of shape. Not sure how we can fix that. How is anyone out of shape 3 weeks into camp? -
Seemed like Mims was ahead of Evans last week. He had some nice plays then Evans came in more. I was wondering if they are hiding Mims. In general I think Mims has more upside than Evans. As for this signing, It's not uncommon to pick up a RB for the last preseason game to take reps. I'd doubt we see much Harris or Cooks, so they would need another body.

He talks a mean game and tries to be a vocal rah rah guy, but clearly didn't put in the work this offseason. Its a shame because he can be good when in shape. He's the fattest and most out of shape I've ever seen him. He will be eaten alive this year. This also concerns me because we are 3 weeks into camp/preseason and that usually trims guys down some, especially linemen still in their 20s. Makes me wonder about the conditioning and tone of camp.

Brandon Shell Reportedly Intends to Retire
RichRiderBills replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's lousy. I thought he may play a big part in a plan B for Brown. -
Good Night / Bad Night - Pre-season game 1
RichRiderBills replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall
My ultimate take from our lower depth chart WRs doing so good is it was testament to how Barkley played. He was en Fuego. Would have been even better behind better lineman. That being said also loved Dezmond Patmon. -
Game Day Thread? Colts @ Bills

I wish we had a different philosophy at QB2 would prefer a "tyrod type" guy who can run. -

As of now, I think Shaver or Isabella is going to be that last WR slot. Shorterer behind the 8 ball. -

We'd be good with Barkley as QB2 and K Allen on PS. I think we could be ok there but vigilant of the waiver wire and PSs for an upgrade. -

I think K Allen gets cut. That lack of effort on the Int tackle really was unacceptable. Bad look....the kind of stuff that gets you a pink slip. Let alone how he's looked lousy in camp day in and out. -

Guy was incredible in college like 19 TDs his senior year. Don't sleep on him. -
Zero Bills Preseason Games on National TV
RichRiderBills replied to Mark Vader's topic in The Stadium Wall
Are you sure? I thought their were no LIVE Bills games on National TV. I think some may be on, but tape delayed on NFLN. The 46 games listed were the live ones (i thought) I may be wrong here. BTW as optimistic as some folks are, with 46 LIVE games, Yes, it is bullcrap they could not get one Bills game. -
Has Miami really closed the gap?
RichRiderBills replied to billsbackto81's topic in The Stadium Wall
No....Tua has not hit 13 games. He's not reliable. -
I would look hard at Phins QB moves and poach Skylar Thompson of PS if they are so bold as to cut him. Would be pretty dumb w Tua's issues....but who knows?

CB Move: Bills waive Dantzler, Sign Brown
RichRiderBills replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
Likely more to the Dantzler story. Too bad he had some potential and I know Tasker and Brownie were high on him. -
Hunter Renfrow a possible camp casualty
RichRiderBills replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
I thought he was in a similar situation to Diggs ....too much dead money to cut or trade. -
Further Details About Gruden’s Leaked E-Mails
RichRiderBills replied to WotAGuy's topic in The Stadium Wall
Gibson has been fine since. He's been forgiven by most . He's gone on to do a lot of good. I can see you are a rush to judgement type. Already have me pegged as some radical because I don't think it's wise to accept related evidence or rush to judgement. This situation is vastly different. Saying the emails were too disgusting to publish seems unlikely. Either way, we have a court case that will either vindicate Gruden or prove me wrong.
