  1. Yeah but I thought team culture doesn't matter... lets fire them all and start over... Isn't that we we have been reading on here for the past week?
  2. Ravens, Charges, Vikes, Packers, Titans... Those teams are a combined 13 - 10 on the year. we came out 2-3 against those teams... many guessed we would be 0-5 at this point, we could very well win the next two weeks and face NE with a 4-3 record.
  3. Allen plays like a rookie... he makes a lot of rookie mistakes... but he also makes plays that are amazing. He had several throws today that were fantastic. With time and more playmakers around him, we will hopefully see more of the good and less bad. In the meantime, we need to see more of today's recipe- heavy run game and top notch defense.
  4. so who is our emergency punter? CB is questionable to return
  5. KB... jogging down the field... no effort whatsoever!
  6. Here is the picture of him from JC days-
  7. If you click on his profile, it says he last visited 45 minutes ago... so we do know he is at least still checking in here.
  8. Yep, apparently Allen has experience hurdling players... as exciting as it was, not sure I want him to keep it up though! Here's a couple videos from Wyoming days- See around 4:35 And in this one around 3:12
  9. His last post was in the first half game day thread at around 1:15, looks like soon after Josh's diving TD. I am genuinely concerned for the guy...
  10. He was supposed to two-hand touch him and not tackle him... if he had done so, then surely Thielen would have stopped right there, short of the first down.
  11. Defense has kept them scoreless so far... great job guys!
  12. We have had 17 years of patchwork- plugging holes with spare parts to make it work. That got us a lot of mediocre teams that were always close but not quite, gave us hope every year that they might just pull it off, but never did. Going back to 2006, we have had one 4 win season (2010), the rest are mostly 6 or 7 wins, sometimes 8 or 9. They are doing the right thing by changing strategies as painful as that is right now. For a long time now many have been saying it is time to tear down and start over... that's exactly what is happening here. Will it work? Only time will tell.
  13. He has a lot to learn... but this year is going to have a lot of "teachable moments" for both him and Allen.
  14. He looked like a rookie out there... but man he showed some flashes of what he can become with time and reps... he has a fire in him that you can't coach or teach. Better days are ahead as we build the core around him.
  15. seems like there's interest... not expecting that Bills are one of them though...
