  1. He is number 84 on the list of average salary for 2019. Anyone who is saying we paid too much is not being honest. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/rankings/average/offensive-line/ Bills have the lowest cap dollars on offensive line by far. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/positional/offensive-line/
  2. Here is some good analysis of his work from 2017 with the Redskins, from a Jets blog last year - notes are in reference to how he would fit with the Jets. http://turnonthejets.com/2018/07/toj-new-york-jets-film-breakdown-spencer-long-2017-short-form/ An excerpt-
  3. Yeah true... either way, we need to see some serious attention to the OL, good to see them starting early.
  4. From what I am reading from his time with Redskins, looks like he was better at G than C. Maybe they will put him back at G?
  5. I was and still am hoping we go for Paradis. This is a good add for competition and depth at least I guess.
  6. 2/14 Update with more details of contract- very team friendly deal.
  7. Going to be interesting to see how things shake out leading up to the draft...
  8. That's exactly my take... and as they refine and coach him, along with improved weapons around him, we will see some real offensive production around here.
  9. Here's Culley talking about plans for Baltimore... I had a chuckle when I heard how many he times he said that receivers have to be able to catch the ball... maybe a sore spot in his recent memory ? (WR segment starts after 3:00)
  10. yeah... completely expected and means nothing.
  11. NONE of the 11 highest scoring teams in NFL history have won the Super Bowl...
  12. And everyone is looking for the next Mcvay... he got schooled big time tonight.
  13. It was just a comment at the very end of the interview that has kind of grown legs and taken off. He wasn't disrespectful at all IMO. They asked him the question and he said "oooo...we could find out!" The other guys then said challenge is on and it has kind of taken off from there. https://www.barstoolsports.com/boston/our-best-friend-josh-allen-stops-by-the-yak
  14. found link to the full interview - https://www.barstoolsports.com/boston/our-best-friend-josh-allen-stops-by-the-yak Also editing the OP to include it there.
  15. My view is that I love that he has a fire in him like this. He loves to compete and have fun doing it. This is just a part of it... I hope to hear the interview and context, but sounds to me just like good-natured fun. Similar to the throw it out of the stadium idea... means nothing in reality, but it shows his personality, it's a part of who he is.
  16. Josh was on Barstool Radio today... Here is the full interview link - https://www.barstoolsports.com/boston/our-best-friend-josh-allen-stops-by-the-yak
  17. Here is an article from 2010 (also written by Tim Graham) that quotes Shanahan saying that his wife and kids wouldn't come to Buffalo- http://www.espn.com/blog/afceast/post/_/id/10831/buffalo-wasnt-family-spot-for-shanahans "But at the end of the day, it was not something that ... I want to put it in the right words: If I went to Buffalo to live there, from my family perspective, I think I'd be the only one that'd go. My wife and kids wouldn't go."
  18. Yeah I just finished reading that. I also picked up on that line, thought it was an interesting side note, I had never heard that before either.
  19. Yeah I noticed that too... the optics of putting him up there as a Bills coach must not have been the look they were after!
