Watson is not my beautiful boy.

I believe I was hovering around the 3-4 win range. The schedule was (is) brutal, the OL, the inexperience at quarterback (whomever it was going to be), the folks we trot out there to play WR.....it's pretty much a recipe for a bad season.

God help us, if it's not.

I don't know where I was going with that. I know he did fairly well when he was in Buffalo. Maybe I wanted more from him.

I believe he thought he was going to come into Buffalo and everything was going to come easy for him and he would be one of the players to turn the Bills around. When it didn't happen overnight, he got frustrated and either stopped caring, or wanted out as soon as he could. It's too bad, I still think he has great talent - if only he'd put in the work. I remember being really excited when we traded up for him. Boy, was I wrong....

I guess I am leaning towards putting Allen back in once he's cleared to play again. He can still learn from Derek Anderson, but as someone above said, I think this is Allen's team and he needs to be shown that by the coaches. This'll also help his confidence knowing he's not going to get yanked every time he has a bad game. Let the kid learn once cleared.
