    Well as of right now the Bills are gonna have to add just as many defensive picks as offense in a draft that should be focused on offensive line and skill positions. Gotta get a veteran MLB and possibly a Frank Clark. Then and only then they could draft a defensive player if he's best player available by far.

    Agreed, and it should be imo. Now is not to time to fall behind. This draft (even if we nail every pick) isn't strong enough to close the gap. We still need 2 above or more average starters in free agency imo.

    Which makes the "taking the year off" another bite in the ass. We'll get nothing from Frazier because nobody will hire him. Something like that would literally take our whole draft.

    Another angle to this is get him in here just to keep KC from getting him. With Davis still here we wouldn't have to run him to death either.

    Yeah in an ideal world we could sign Oliver to a "prove it" mini extension to lower his hit this year. But the world is probably fantasyland lol.

    Regarding Oliver I see two options: trade him or new contract. He probably won't like the money I have in mind but we gotta somehow get that 10/11 M off the books.....pronto.

    We probably can only do of of those moves, but I support either. Our offense goes next level with either guy so count me in.

    I don't know where any of this tweener stuff is coming from. He is bigger than any guard on the Bills roster and would be the Bills best guard hands down. Easily.

    I'm definitely for it. My two moves (only one could be done obviously) are DHop or D Henry. Either one would take this offense to another level.

    I personally think Henry has 2, maybe 3 strong seasons left. I make this deal and adjust the offense accordingly. This is the way.

    I'd do Oliver and a 3rd. Obviously Denver would have plans for a new contract to keep him long term if this was possible.

    If both guys get solid push it's still pressure. But yes a true 3tech still needs to be on the roster, I agree.
