    Totally out from right field.....is Cook a potential trade chip? Kinda seems like we "settled" ( no Tim intended lol) with his selection. Did he show enough for value in a trade or do the Bills value him as a part of the future? We shall see...

    Get the stud imo. When you got a franchise QB, buy an oline if you have to. With our track record drafting, buy the sure thing. Keep swinging in the draft too of course you need 5 guys who can play well together.

    I would absolutely do that no question. Figure out the contract extension afterward. Simmons would be a foundational piece for the defensive line for years a guy you can build around.

    This list leads me to believe the Bills are going to go after a guard in free agency, which they should/better.

    I don't think anyone is saying he HAS to move.....only if the chips fell a certain way then a shuffling would be on the table.

    Not really if his play was close to elite. I think the top guys are getting 14 or 15 M per year. So I just checked there are 7 guards north of 14 M with Quinten Nelson tops at 20M per year. So as long as Dawkins is a top 10 G ( very possible imo) his contract is fine.

    He is. The overpaying is only gonna get crazier. All these guards people on here want who say their market value is like 7M per year.....these guys are gonna get 12M or more per year. Seamalu, Powers, Risner, Davis.....watch.

    To be honest we basically played the whole year without White he just wasn't anywhere close to 100%. If he regains his form and Elam takes a nice leap that will allow much more flexibility for the D. Will McD evolve or go moldy like bread.....?
