  1. It's all in the math. Edmunds = Milano x (CJ Mosley squared).
  2. Barney Rubble.
  3. While you want to have depth everywhere, every time a backup comes in a game it's a roll of the dice.
  4. When I was about 12 years old, I was lying on the floor watching tv and my little brother (toddler at the time) was wanting me to play with him. I kept pushing him away. He "retaliated" by picked up his wooden Fischer-Price "Little People" School Bus and smashed me in the head with it. Head wounds bleed for a long time!
  5. I enjoy them for what they are.
  6. No. Last year there was only a dozen or so. There never is a whole lot. That's what has made Beane a bit of a legend for pulling some off. I don't expect one, but you never know. A Quess or Settle trade would probably garner interest from a few teams. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/transactions/2022/trade/
  7. Thanks for the info. I will check it out Saturday. Are there a lot of pop-ups and other annoying stuff? Do you do anything special to watch? VPNs, etc?
  8. How about Quess + 6th for a 5th?
  9. LOL. I can say the same as to the bolded about your posts. Never change Scott!
  10. Those stats would be fine with me. It's about how many drives are maintained with his play that will prove his worth this season. I want to see that 3rd and 7 picked up. Having that threat underneath could also make some over the top plays work against one-on-one coverage.
  11. First, the 3 camp battles for RG, MLB and CB2 is no surprise and I like that there is competition. I foresee Torrence getting the RG spot to start the season or soon after. Having Sherfield as Diggs backup is what I wanted. He'll get a decent number of snaps just spelling Diggs along with multiple WR snaps. He will come in way before Shorter. It also puts to bed some fans thinking he is in the SWR battle. Cam Lewis as the depth NCB pushes Siran Neal farther down. Not sure how that does not make the "possibility" of a cap casualty not in the mix. $3.3M for a ST gunner that far down the position list is a puzzlement IF some of these other new acquisitions can man the post. Tough to do at this time of year but there is a possibility of a trade if Beane wants to do that with a couple of players. It's the first depth chart so I could see some movement as the preseason continues.
  12. Plenty, if you look at contributors as getting 200-500 yards a season with a high catch rate that pick up some TDs and 1st downs. Typically, those catches are down the progression line and if the catch rate is high, it results in sustained scoring drives. These low target guys have to perform well when the ball is thrown to them. That has been missing with the Bills.
  13. Every year there are a number of teams that don't even have a decent QB1 let alone quality backups. The few quality QBs that have accepted the role of backup don't come cheap. It's a dice role when these guys are called up. Kyle Allen needs to put on his big boy pants and get his head right. It's one of the few things I want to watch in the preseason.
  14. To start, it would be nice to see Sherfield take all the snaps that Diggs sits out on. Diggs does pull himself a lot in games. Lined up with Gabe, it will show if he can do his job without an elite WR opposite of him. Add those snaps to breaks for Kincaid and 3 WR sets, and he could put up some decent numbers. I know some fans will disagree, but I'm feeling pretty good so far about the pass catchers Josh has this season.
  15. I hate that you made me find this on google. LOL. https://www.wapl.com/2023/05/01/parody-song-aaron-and-the-jets-audio/ Just a few lyrics. Oh but he was weird and colorful Went as Nic Cage on Halloween He even gave up meat, went on darkness retreats. But now he’s given up the gold and green, oh A-a-a Aaron and the Jets
  16. "When I put on the pads...... it's time to get violent." LF may have the personality to push this DL into a tougher mode. Well, that's my wish starting with Aaron and the Jets.
  17. That is probably going to be a debatable opinion among the experts. It's a long season and I'd trade September for January and February. Just my cautious nature.
  18. Maybe Boogie's fit would be best as a DE in a 3-4 D?
  19. I was in error on my comment in another thread. PUP is only 4 weeks mandatory to start the season for Von not 6. I still think Von should take September off.
  20. I'm still hopeful for improvement.
  21. I was one of the "displaced" Bills fans after the closing of BBMB. If I knew this place existed, I would have "defected" years earlier.
  22. Nope. Don't forget the other side of that coin. EVERYONE SUCKS.
