  1. I moved to Colorado in Elways first year and watched his whole career. Josh Allen is unique.
  2. Bengals are coming to Orchard Park for the Divisional Round. Bills fans have been waiting for this all year. "These are the 'good ole days'".
  3. Just posted this in the Smith contract thread. Spotrac has Edmunds Market Value at $11M was $14M. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tremaine-edmunds-25111/market-value/
  4. FWIW Spotrac has lowered Edmunds Market Value to $11M per year on a 4 year contract. That's down from $14M previously. Not sure why or if it will get corrected. I thought the $14M was fair but if Beane could get him for under that.........................do it. https://www.spotrac.com/nfl/buffalo-bills/tremaine-edmunds-25111/market-value/
  5. Gotta be that new math I keep hearing about.
  6. Not going to happen. As someone posted today in one of the threads .........................................
  7. If the Bills only scored 30 points a game, they would have only 2 losses. The Bills D keeps a lot of teams from scoring points. Their worse games were 33 against the Vikings and 31 against the Dolphins yesterday. As was stated many times the O gave a lot of points to Miami yesterday but they still lost the game.
  8. Yes. It has put some added pressure on the D but even with a depleted secondary for most of the season they have come through so far. Yesterday put pressure on the OL too having to hold on while Josh found his receiver but that's just the tradeoff you have to accept. It's not exactly what I wanted to see this year and being up in age I'm more conservative in my life than I used to be, but Josh is entering his prime and I am more than willing to see what he can really do.
  9. The Farve comparison is good, but JA is a better QB IMO and the Bills have a pretty good organization around him. We have to see how it all plays out in the end. Daboll had Josh a bit on a leash and Dorsey is letting Josh be himself this year. We will soon see if it works, and I wouldn't bet against him. Plenty of time to change the schemes in years to come.
  10. I have to think that a lot of Bills fans only see it one way. Imagine how opposing team's fanbases feel about the Bills when it comes to 3rd downs from Josh and the offense.
  11. Totally agree on QBs targeting the one-on-one but a lot of teams would have the receivers peel off a little more vs the number of deep balls we've seen. Then again, no QB has the rocket that Josh has and not many QBs can stand in the pocket (or roll and evade) the all out blitz's like Josh can.
  12. The question you may want to ask is, does Josh want to play that way?
  13. It's not about yesterday's game. Josh looks for the deep pass first regardless of what the D is playing. It's just their style.
  14. First off, I'm taking Van Miller's advice and installing a seat belt on my recliner for Sunday's game! Secondly, I'm not going to think that Ken Dorsey and Josh Allen are going to change the way they game plan. It's all about big plays down the field. Josh loves his sugar and Ken is giving it to him like undiluted Queen-O syrup. (That reference is for all you fellow "old timers" on the board.) LOL. I'm all in on that because that's the way it is and if there was ever a QB in NFL history that can do that, it's Josh Allen. Finally, knowing now the way it is, I can pace my cocktails accordingly to prevent my liver from further damage for the duration of this Superbowl run. Go Bills.
  15. LOL. He's already on my ignore list.
  16. So happy for the big man and his team. Well done coach.
  17. Dorsey and Josh want this kind of O. I'm going to accept that's just the way it is. Better than the 17 drought years.
  18. We were 3 minutes away from having 90% of this board calling for Dorsey's head. LOL.
  19. That's a pretty good way of putting it. Well done.
  20. Sure. Take good care of her. It's a Samsung and her name in Kyong.
  21. That's not a problem. If that happens then they have to take me away. You can bank on it. It's their game plan and I'm going to live with it. Go Bills.
  22. Thank you. I was going to reply the same exact thing. I'm sounding like a broken record now but it's not going to change on the offense. It's bombs away and the Bills will win or lose with it. Knowing this is the game plan will make me feel better next week. I won't yell at the TV no more.
  23. I'm just pasting a reply of mine from another thread. After this game I'm so confused as to what goes on in Ken Dorsey's head and I really want to know if he actually watches games to see what options he actually has. I was patient thinking when the playoffs started, we would see a more rounded offense. I'm not going to worry about it anymore. I'm 100% convinced it's going to be bombs away to win the SB or bust. Personally, I disagree with this approach, but I see no evidence to the contrary. Go Bills.
