  1. Enough wins for a WC. Tie breakers can be a B word to hold a coach accountable for. If we win 9 next year and we’re competitive in the other games, showing good progress, I can live with it. I want continuity and progress. Now, if BB and Brady retire after winning their 6th SB this year, then game on!
  2. I’m not making excuses for past regimes. I’m only saying that to measure McBeane by the Patriots yard stick is not fair next year.
  3. And I hate Brady and BB with all my being, but they are the best coach/QB duo ever, IMO.
  4. You’re right. It’s whiny. I mean if only the Bills had been better. NE wouldn’t have won 15 of 17 AFCE titles, been to 8 Super Bowls (winning 5) and not had a losing record in 17 years. Its not not like the division has been up for grabs every year. That team is arguably the greatest dynasty ever in professional football. Dont tell me not to take that into account, or that taking that into account is being whiny. It’s not an inferiority complex - it is recognizing greatness when you see it.
  5. Wow. My, how this fan base has turned on this regime and rookie QB. Playoffs or fire them all! Win the division or fire them all! beat the Pats* or fire them all. Did is anyone else see what Tom Brady and BB did this weekend? It was surgical. There is a reason he is the GOAT. It sucks that he is in the AFCE, but as long as that duo is together, you can forget about winning this division. You can puff out your chest and say a good coach will knock them off, but who are you really kidding? Until time has it’s way, or Brady retires, it’s their division. Besting those two cannot be your measuring stick. No other team has done it consistently [except the Giants -twice].
  6. A QB at 5’8”? No way he goes in the top ten. He wouldn’t be able to see sh*t.
  7. One of my questions asked me to rate the importance of numerous features. Two of the features were wider corridors and restroom accessibility. I put “Extremely Important “ for both of those.
  8. Colts and Chargers in the AFC. Saints in the NFC.
  9. I have no beef with the packers. Only NFC teams I really dislike are Dallas and Washington.
  10. It needs to be moved to Saturday. All the restaurants (take out and people watching the game there) and grocery stores (booze and food) would see an uptick in sales. More money would be spent, people would watch the whole game and everyone could recuperate on Sunday. It doesn’t make sense to do it on Sunday, other than tradition.
  11. I live in Birmingham, Alabama, and the Titans are a distant 2nd for me. Really, that’s because the Titans make a strong marketing push here, and the local stations do a lot of Titans stories. I don’t generally watch their games, as they are usually on when the Bills are playing. However, I do want them to do well, as long as it is not at the expense of the Bills. What is really strange is that there are very few Atlanta fans here, even though that is the closest team. Falcons do not market here at all. Of course, college ball is king here. Bama rules the roost, and I can’t stand Bama fans.
  12. White on white is my favorite. Love the clean look.
  13. Chic-fil-A cannot open on Sunday. Putting one in the stadium probably wouldn’t be a good idea.
  14. You do realize, if he is impeached, he will still be President, don’t you?
  15. You will have a blast. My first home game was Bledsoe’s first game. Individual tickets were crazy on eBay (that’s where you bought tickets back then). I live in Alabama, so no way I could get tickets through friends, work or family. I called the ticket office and asked how much a pair of seasons would be, and I bought two in Section 116 right then. Kept them for ten years. No place I’d rather be than at a home game at kickoff.
  16. The next 4 games? Do you not know the season is broken into 4 equal parts of 4 games each? You can’t Willy nilly put four games together that aren’t already together by virtue of the schedule. We have to look at Green Bay as the last part of the first quarter. Then, and only then, can we look to the next four games. What’s next? Let’s look at games 5, 7, 11 and 16? cats and dogs will be sleeping together. Insert sarcasm face here.
  17. That was my first home Bills’ game.
  18. Before yesterday, I wouldn’t have given us a chance. Now.... Go Bills!
  19. Hold on... Are you saying he’s THE Jack’s grandson? The legendary golfer? GTF out of town. If if only he didn’t wear gloves while he played...
  20. Yes, I agree. This is the first time we’ve seen a complete tear it down and start fresh plan during the drought (yes, I know it ended last year). If if we have our quarterback, then I am ok with a bad season. I figured we would go 4-12 this year.
  21. I think it was Pat Kirwan, co-host of Moving the Chains on NFL XM, that said it takes three years of practice under today CBA to equal what you used to get in a single year. That’s a lot of development and repetition that is lost, especially for the lines. Yes, I understand all teams play by these rules, but think about the development of young players that just doesn’t happen anymore.
  22. At the grocery stores here in Alabama. Or Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/Zatarains-Creole-Mustard-5-25-Oz/dp/B00440065Q/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1536202975&sr=8-3&keywords=creole+mustard
