  1. I think the biggest drop off in talent from these players is OT. Wilson seems like the type of player the Bills like on the o-line. He would be a day 1 upgrade at RT and every down player. Ford would upgrade RG giving solid depth across the entire line and/or offer trade opportunity for Feliciano or Long. Having said that, I don’t think Beane and Mcdermott are done with the Ford at RT experiment unfortunately. Chinn would be a good 2nd option for me. RB could be had later on or Free as I prefer Singletary to get majority of snaps
  2. It’s hard to say if I’d rather have a FA or draft one. It completely depends on the other options available at our pick. If we can get a day one upgrade at CB2 like Diggs or an instant upgrade along the o line, or even a 1st rd WR that falls like shenault , then I’d take that and get a FA RB.
  3. agreed. But who would’ve thought we could draft Oliver and Metcalf last year without trading up at all?
  4. He fell to our pick in one of my draft network mock simulations. it’s possible he’s there for our pick, but I would trade up if he gets into the 40s Also, yesterday Shenault fell to us in round 2 and Jonathan Taylor was there for us in the 3rd In the same mock.
  5. It was heartbreaking. But let’s not forget the mistakes made by the coaching staff. Also, Josh threw a pick six that was dropped by Houston. I feel like the team plays better when the score is very close or they are slightly behind. there’s no denying that when McDermott’s Bills are leading they act like they are trying to run the clock out no matter how much time is remaining
  6. the defending super bowl champs beg to differ.
  7. why do so many people want us to be done signing players?
  8. Dawkins in a package for McCaffrey?
  9. you ever talk about football? Or just other posters?
  10. funny thing about free agency is the players become your own
  11. you sure? Maybe they didn’t want Hopkins on the team they might play in the playoffs again
  12. I love the move. I don’t think Jeudy, Ruggs, or Lamb will be available at 22 or even striking distance of a trade up. They need to evaluate Allen with no excuses over the next couple years. Can’t wait for a WR to develop or bust. however your point about Diggs possibly wanting a new deal gives me pause. If he gets Cooper money I think a big benefit of this deal (Diggs value contract) is out the window.
  13. It wasn’t premature because he was saying what he hopes will happen. What’s wrong with that?
  14. hope so. Wish he would’ve worked on it sooner.
  15. think about what happened last year. Beane kept adding until there was too much depth to keep everyone, then traded the excess for draft picks. I might be looking to draft Poyer’s replacement in the draft. If they don’t think it could be J Johnson.
  16. great. Let me know if either of you want to talk about football or the Bills.
  17. what are you talking about? Do you have something to say?
  18. This is for sure how it will go down if he doesn’t improve. I’d like to draft a QB every year. Some people didn’t like the Allen pick because he’s a “project” so even if he pans out it will take 2-3 years to find out. Why do you say he’s never going to like him? What if he becomes a really good quarterback then he likes him?
  19. The Bills came out of that draft with Nathan Peterman. If only he had more weapons.
  20. Anti Sammy threads banned now? Should have been Adter last years AFC champ game
  21. Zay Jones the Poz bought my friends and I beers at a strip club in Canada once. So he’s probably my favorite.
  22. deficit for 13.5 million plus 90 million in current cap space. i don’t really care if we get a 20 million dollar player. But to be afraid of it for cap purposes isn’t based in reality. These contracts aren’t fully guaranteed.
