  1. Yeah, i dont know, I'd take it a step further. the logic for making DPI a spot foul, even if it leads to a 50 yd penalty, is that you're assuming the reciever would have caught the ball, if not for the DPI. Everyone agree? So, using that same logic, the penalty for OPI should assume that, if not for the interference, the defender woudl have caught the ball. Therefore OPI should be a turnover, same as an interception. I dont think anyone would be happy with that rule. So...... ipso facto, presto chango Spot foul makes no sense. Should be a 15 yd penalty either way...DPI or OPI.
  2. It stuns me that some Bills fans have such a poor understanding of the game. when there are two evenly matched teams, poor officiating can and will be the difference. Im not one of those people who think that the NFL is rigged, but an awful lot of poor calls and no calls went in Tampas favor today. The announcers and former NFL head of officiating pointed several of thes out. It was the difference in the game today.
  3. Call me crazy, but I don’t think that there is much difference between 59 and 61 %.
  4. Sorry dude, you’re simply wrong. I don’t know whether you’ve ever played organized football. but a cardinal rule of pass routes is to never have 2 guys within 5 yds of each other when the ball is thrown.
  5. Bad play design on that last play. beasley and Davis too close together on their routes allowed the pats safety to come off Beasley.
  6. Wow. Just rewound this. Massive clock f up.
  7. This is why kicking a FG on 4th and 15 was the correct call. kicker just botched it.
  8. FG was the right call. kicker botched it.
  9. Refs botched the call. It’s simple.
  10. Anyone else think Steve levy seems like a putz?
  11. Ah it wasn’t a terrible call. allen was 3 feet out of bound when contacted. He wasn’t about to reverse the laws of physics and land in bounds.
  12. I believe it was Steelers punter, around 1985.
  13. PSU whiteouts are an awesome atmosphere. hard to disagree if you’ve ever attended one
  14. On the same play that Tre got hurt, there was a blatant hold on 97 by the left tackle. Began as a headlock and turned into a bear hug. I understand 5hat there is holding on every play, but if you’re only calling blatant holds, that was one to call.
  15. This is why you need to watch the game and not depend solely on stats. on breidas positive runs, he showed a burst through small holes that none of the other Bills backs have shown. on at least two of his negative 4-5 yd runs, there were 1-3 guys on him immediately after Josh got him the ball. Those were failures by OL and TE, not Breida.
  16. Math doesn’t have to kick in wind and rain
  17. AgaiN, stupid refs think make up calls make everything ok dont make crappy calls in the first place!
  18. Stupid effing ref doesn’t realize a holding call on 1sr and 10 isn’t an adequate makeup call for d holding on a sack on 3rd and 8
  19. Most of these are pretty good, but I dont get McDermott as head nurse. HS Gym teacher, auto mechanic, yes. Or maybe a foul-mouthed comedian named Bill??
  20. Bogus pi call on jets. Refs gonna ref
  21. Not sure how you could have run out of Corona..... Theres a fair bit around if you know where to look for it.
  22. You’re clueless. Allen threw more underneath passes this game than ever before. at one point he had 11 straight completions for about 50 yds.
  23. Serious question. if a bunch of bozos (like me) can clearly see false starts on the RT , why was it missed? this is a multi billion dollar industry. Bills should be making this shoddy officiating an issue. Take it public. Issue a YouTube showing the zillion false starts, the bogus personal fouls and unsportsmanlike calls. Put it out there and ask NFL to defend their officials. Have the voiceover ask if they were bought off. cauae it looked that way.
