  1. We are the only team in the AFC East without a division victory. You can downplay it all you want, but because of this fact we are now in for a dogfight for the balance of the year. Whistle past it all you want, it is just the truth. The division numbers are not on our side. No division, no home field
  2. Agree with all of this, EXCEPT a slight tweak at the end. This year, winning the AFC East and securing home field are 100 percent intertwined. If we win the division, we will get the #1. If we don't, we are on the road for wild card weekend. Hence the frustration of today's result. The ENTIRE purpose of this year was to avoid going on the road in the playoffs. In order to do that, we have to win the East
  3. It wouldn't matter as much if our division was sub par. But every team in it currently has a winning record. So yes, you are correct and it does absolutely matter
  4. Probably because any one loss to any team at this point, including the NFC's 6-2 Vikings next week, puts us in 3rd place in our division? It's not that hard man. We have completely squandered any margin for error we had at this point
  5. I thought I just addressed that?
  6. Doesn't do us a lot of good if we don't win the AFC East. And right now, we are very much behind the 8 ball starting 0-2.
  7. Obviously I am pissed like everyone else, but it's hard to get up for an NFC game when we relinquished our firm control against a loser like Zach Wilson and made our division a season long dogfight. You don't think all games on the schedule are created equal right? How do you think the Bengals feel about being 0-3 in the AFC North?
  8. Honestly who cares about the Vikings game. We are 0-2 in the division and look terrible. And can we ditch the Allen MVP thread? Who gives a damn anyway? Just win. Losing to the Jets in this situation is unacceptable. This is why the Bills are the Bills and no one around the league ever takes them seriously
  9. Absolute garbage the last 3 plays prior to the field goal
  10. Philly is so gimmicky. I am definitely not sold on these guys, especially given their weak schedule
  11. Dameon Pierce is a nice rb
  12. Not really. Someone has to win though lol.
  13. I should ask you the same thing. Hughes was the only guy who could consistently get pressure on our defense for a disturbingly long period. It's clear you didn't watch the games
  14. Don't know about Dallas. Just don't trust Dak or McCarthy. San Fran I agree, but doesn't it seem weird to talk about a Jimmy G led team as a potential best team in the conference?
  15. Yes, he just stunk for years but found the fountain of youth on a horrible Houston defense at age 34
  16. All the talk about Hurts, but Philly for sure has an effective running game. As a QB he has a lot of help
  17. Because he's still a solid player?
  18. Was just going to say this. Agree with the the idea Philly hasn't played anybody, but the whole league is pretty awful collectively
  19. Tage is a freaking beast. Awesome performance
  20. Hunt is such a disgusting human. I have a hard time believing so many people want him on our football team. And while he's a good player I do agree that he is a bit overrated by fans (playing in an Andy Reid offense and then Stefanski's run heavy scheme with one of the league's best OL's).
  21. Thomas went off in this game for 214 yards rushing. Beside this, I mainly remember the game as the follow up to getting crushed by Miami the previous week. There were some verbal altercations in that game between Bruce and others with Marv, and the media was ginning up the 1989 Bickering Bills story again.
  22. John Hagy or Pierson Prioleau
  23. It has to be up there. The NFL in general has been painful to watch this year, and not just the primetime games
  24. Are you goddamn kidding me? He threw a screen pass and the worst touchdown to a wide open receiver I've ever seen
