  1. NE defense looked like the Bills on that play.
  2. I used the playoff machine as well using that same strategy. I picked likely winners of games based on winning percentage etc...not what I'd like to see... and the Bills were not out. The losses in the AFCN have helped the Bills. It is likely that only one team from that division gets in. They will be eliminating each other down the stretch. I see KC and the Chargers in from the west, Tenn and Colts from the south, NE and Bills from the east and either the Bengals, Browns or Ravens in from the north.
  3. But the chances of 3 other AFC teams also go down.
  4. Even if they lose to NE, because of so many divisional contests the Bills stand a good chance of getting in at 10-7.
  5. The best the Bills can finish is 11-6. They could get the number one seed but that would require no team getting to 12-5 or teams we lost to head to head finishing 10-7. So there would need to be upsets...Den beating KC and Chargers; Pitts, SF and Miami beating Tenn; KC beating Chargers next week; and Colts losing to Cards. Those last two wouldn't necessarily be upsets.
  6. If the Bills win this weekend and the Colts beat the Pats, if we beat the Pats in NE and win our last two, we take the division. Root against the Pats.
  7. Thank you for the clarification. Wish the commentators knew the rules.
  8. I agree with you that it wasn't a penalty. The gunner wasn't forced out in my opinion...but then immediately came back in bounds. That should not have been a penalty. Okay...so just going out of bounds on your own constitutes a penalty irrespective of the player making an effort to come back in bounds?
  9. They said the player can't purposefully go out of bounds on the punt. Then they added if he does he must make an attempt to immediately come back in bounds. So...I saw the gunner run out of bounds then immediately come back in bounds. So what's the foul?
  10. It's been great. And I just posted this in around the NFL...but oh those Green Bay special teams.
  11. Oh those Green Bay special teams.
  12. You know Beast...I was just thinking that if the Bills could play like they did in the second half the rest of the way...barring one-sided officiating, we could beat anyone. It's their dang inconsistency that is so mind boggling.
  13. The Bills should make the playoffs if they win 3 of their last 4 games. Having said that...I think the SB winner is in the NFC this year. I don't see any AFC team that is a cut above the top 3 teams in the NFC. Having said that...week to week...I don't see any team that is a clear cut champion, and after today's game, the refs can definitely have a say so.
  14. No were not. We're the 7th seed due to the Bengals loss as well.
  15. Bowles is gonna blitz like crazy. Be ready Josh!
  16. In theory I agree. However we do not have a physical enough oline to run the ball.
  17. The other Josh Allen played inspired football and literally took their defense over.
  18. Self-inflicted wounds. Penalties. Dropped balls. Poor execution. We turned the ball over against the Colts...but we don't match up well against them. They are a much more physical team and out-muscled us at the line of scrimmage.
  19. And we thought our O line was bad!
  20. Sitting in the stands wasn't her idea of date night.
  21. Yes. He did. He was solid at UB but wanted more exposure in a bigger program. He's playing well as a pro.
  22. Pittsburgh...though clearly needing O line help...took Najee Harris in the first. I loved Harris coming out of Alabama, but a successful RB needs blockers. It's that simple.
