I am so on the fence about McD. Sometimes I want him tarred and feathered and others I think he’s brought stability and accountability to the organization. I dont worry about burning through OC and DC staff. If they stink then make a change. The best HR people in any business at best hit 50% good hires-and they will tell you there’s luck involved too to get there. A poor leader will hold onto their bad hires to avoid criticism. At this point testing really shows nothing. I’m in the business and testing causes so many issues that it’s crazy. Mahomes has had sooo much more Tom play with yet Allen is neck and neck. In my book Mahomes doesn’t have the heart to do what Allen does. I’m no Homer and always look at reality but give them each the exact same team , and in real games Allen would be better overall.
