  1. I know that. But the post is about Tom Brady and being a pocket passer like him. And I'm saying those days are over. I never claimed that there weren't dual threat QBs before. I'm saying you can't be just a pocket passer in this league anymore, at this moment in time. There has always been a place for dual threat QBs in the league, and there will continue to be.
  2. Not even Joe Burrow is a pure pocket passer like the days of old. He still has some athleticism and can scramble and get outside of the pocket and make throws. Guys like Tom Brady and Peyton Manning would rush for 60 yards a season. That's a big difference.
  3. The days of pure pocket passers is over.
  4. I don't think we are supposed to enjoy anything but a Superbowl win. That's what people here say, at least.
  5. Most of Allen's off target throws were to Kincaid. They just weren't on the same page for some reason. Kincaid is partly to blame, but Allen needs to give him better throws.
  6. Dane Jackson is better than Elam, and he might be on par with Douglas from the 2nd half of the season. So, it isn't ideal, but Jackson does provide a floor for the position, at least. With some draft picks and more veteran signings, I'm sure the group will be fine.
  7. My thoughts are that it is still early and a lot of things will change for the Bills before the season begins.
  8. He was 6'2" and 225 lbs. TO was an inch taller and the same weight. AJ Brown is an inch shorter and the same weight. Moulds ran a 4.5 40 time, and AJ Brown ran a 4.49. TO didn't run one at the combine. So, those guys a good comparison.
  9. Moulds was my favorite player as a kid. He was so good. He was a hall of fame talent, and a good QB would have put him there.
  10. He has been doing it his entire career, not just last year.
  11. The cap keeps going up. Teams are required to spend a minimum of their cap space. Most spend up to their cap. This means contracts go up. There isn't anything wrong with that.
  12. The Bengals weren't even a playoff team last year, and they still have the run it back at all cost mentality. Interesting.
  13. Interesting. Whatever. It is the postseason that we really need to have everyone available for.
  14. Number of teams that would choose Tua over Josh Allen: 0 (including the Dolphins)
  15. Sure, but that just happened. The poster was claiming he didn't get invited to the combine because of his RAS score.
  16. Yeah, but they don't assign an RAS score. It is a calculation that needs all the specific combine testing numbers. They would just grade his perceived athleticism.
  17. RAS scores are calculated from the combine testing... He couldn't have gotten it anywhere, because RAS uses combine numbers.
  18. I was hoping for a dishonest discussion.
  19. I'm sure all the teams have illegally colluded and have contracts in place for next free agency. Good point.
  20. Nobody does. But he is still a slot player.
  21. He is also a slot player, and that's not exactly what we need.
  22. Too old and hurt too much.
  23. Free agency just started. There us also the draft. Trades are a possibility. No reason to panic the 2nd week of March. The roster is currently under construction.
