    AFC QBs

That's your defense of the NFC? The AFC is clearly more stacked at QB and it isn't even close.
  2. You don't make moves just because you are scared another team will pick them up. That's insane. Stop being so insecure when it comes to the Chiefs.
  3. Social media is one of the modern poisons for our society. It does more harm than people realize, including cheapening journalism.
  4. I'll be disappointed and wonder if the Bills season has gone off the rails, but I'll still watch the rest and hope for the best.
  5. McDermott has an EXCELLENT coaching record against Shanahan and his entire coaching tree. He regularly beats up on those "geniuses".
  6. Sounds like we need another Boston Tea Party! Show those Brits who is boss!
  7. Allen played very well against Jacksonville. He was let down by others on offense, plus the injuries to the defense.
  8. Isn't it 4 weeks?
  9. Hyde has been playing well. Poyer might be washed up, though.
  10. The fields are not different from last year or the many years previous, other than the odd stadium upgrading theirs.
  11. I don't think Marino was critiquing the coaching staff or Elam's ability to improve. I think he was remarking specifically on what he saw to player doing, regardless of who it was, and said those specific things are very possible to be fixed.
  12. He's been awesome. Rousseau too.
  13. He simply remarked about what he saw on film. Go listen. He said that Elam was hesitant at times in his technique, that he seemed to lack confidence (understandable given his situation), that he turned his body too long before squaring against the receiver, etc. He gave some very specific feedback. It sounds to me like it is mainly technique and confidence that he needs to work on. Marino didn't say he had all the answers, just that the problems he saw look fixable. Maybe Elam will never be able to fix them. Maybe he will never be able to play proper technique without hesitation. Maybe he'll never get his confidence back. That's not really the point. The point is the stuff he needs to work on require working on technique and gaining confidence, which are things that any player could feasibly work on to improve. Elam might not be able to because some kind of mental block. Who knows?
  14. Singletary had a successful career here. He proved more valuable than Zack Moss and got the majority of the caries because of it. Good for Moss that he is finding success on another team.
  15. It's not very quiet. Most know about it.
  16. Because he watches film and has a lot of scouting experience and saw things that he can improve on. I know he is more qualified than me to know. I don't watch film. Most of what Marino says makes sense to me. If you don't like what he has to say, that's your choice. But I trust him way more than I trust you.
  17. It wasn't a bad coaching decision. Throw him to the wolves and let him scratch and claw his way to victory. You don't get babysat in the NFL. You are facing supreme talents week in and week out. Either you rise up to the challenge, or you don't. Leadership and coaching is key. They have to build him up, show confidence in him, and help him move on from mistakes, all while reinforcing technique and scheme. Elam is talented. He can do it. Don't give him a short leash. Give him a LONG leash. Get him experience now so that he can be proficient later in the year and in the playoffs. Do you think the staff think he is hopeless and a lost cause? I highly doubt it.
  18. Maybe he needed to a bit more.
  19. These QB's suck.
  20. Wow. What a disgraceful throw. Happy to have Allen and not one of there scrub QB's.
  21. Zay Jones in Jacksonville. Quinton Spain had a decent year in Cincinnati after he left. Honestly, the Bills have not really had to move on from any significant players yet. Tremaine Edmunds is pretty much the first one.
  22. Or the Bengals the next week?
  23. Whitner was good safety, though...
  24. For sure it is, but he also had an INT, a defensive TD, and a couple of fumble recoveries. He wasn't ALL bad.
