Looks like Leonard Floyd won't give the Bills a discount to resign him.
MJS replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah, and there were other veteran pass rushers available late into free agency, too. There will be some options. -
Sure, but the rooney rule doesn't help those situations at all. It is a rule that doesn't really do anything.

You've come to the realization of something in the future? Something that hasn't happened yet? How?

They turned it around late in the season and the playoffs, unfortunately.

3 KC Chiefs Fans Found Frozen to Death after Charger game
MJS replied to RoyBatty is alive's topic in The Stadium Wall
Maybe they did concoct something together and it had some bad side effects. The sleeping with headphones and fan thing just seems like him trying to cover up that he was drugged out of his mind. -

They do if they are on drugs. The home owner was probably all drugged up too. None of them probably knew what was going on. -
No Matter your feelings Bass doesn't deserve the abuse
MJS replied to rajinka's topic in The Stadium Wall
Who is threatening him? When you suck, people are always going to point that out. He needs to prove that he can be the kicker he used to be, and that means a serious competition in camp. -
Have any of you been in this situation before??(vague title)

Terrible execution is 100% coaching? Execution is a player thing.

I never expect the Bills to win the superbowl. That is an unrealistic expectation. But I did think they had a chance. They need to really bring in receiver talent next year. Diggs sucks now, for some reason. Only Shakir is a good target. They need to bring in a legitimate vet as well as a high draft pick.
-
He should be pissed at Diggs. Diggs was terrible. He is supposed to be an elite WR. He gets routinely outplayed by depth guys. What is wrong with him?

Is the Erie County sheriff a Chiefs fan?
-
I think Lamar is not deserving, but I'm not sure anyone is this year, including Allen.
-
I think Ken Dorsey deserves another shot at OC. He wasn't as terrible as some fans here make him out to be. It just didn't work out.

The focus is on the number of INT's, not on the number of players who threw them. It sounds like you don't like that approach. That's fine. But what he said in the video is accurate from that lense. Again, you might not like that argument, but he didn't lie or say anything false. QB's threw 12, 13, 14, or 15 INT's that year. 12 was the 4th most number of INT's, so if you threw that many, that is the 4th most total. Josh is not going to win MVP this year. That's obvious. But he had a far better season than most people are giving him credit for, because of the turnovers. They ignore everything else because of the turnovers. That's the point of the video, essentially. Also, you are taking this very seriously and come across as a real prick in this thread. So, nice job, I guess? You are great at antagonizing fellow Bills fans.
-
That's one fallacy that is addressed in the video. Allen did not lose multiple games himself. Quite the opposite, actually.
-
Lamar has his poor games, too. But he doesn't turn it over as much as Allen, so those don't get talked about as much. I also feel like he is protected by the media a lot more. Nobody is ever really willing to criticize Lamar Jackson. They only say nice things. Fans can be critical, though, and sometimes too critical.
-
He had a great season. I think this year it is tough because there is no clear choice. And it is hard to give it to a running back because they just aren't as valuable as QB's these days no matter how you look at it.
-
It just seems like that because defenses are a lot better this year around the league. It makes offenses look worse. These teams in the playoffs are all pretty dang good. They are more balanced and nuanced than most years, including the Bills.
-
It's possible to care about more than one thing. I can want Josh to win an MVP and also want the Bills to win the super bowl.

I saw this video and thought I would share this. He makes some great points:

There has to be a 50% chance of them playing for them to be listed as questionable. If there is no chance of them playing, they have to be ruled out. It's the rules.
-
If he cleared, why would the Bills announce it? They listed him as questionable and that means we'll know by game time if he is active or not.

I'm a GDT avoider, for the most part.
