  1. Took the kids and wife to the patriots game from florida. Worst sporting event of my life. Never again. Bills fans at the stadium are complete morons. I missed the entire 4th quarter because two groups of drunken idiots were on the brink of a huge fight (over nothing other than just being #######s) and I was afraid the brawl was going to spill into my family.
  2. People who look at averages and think they mean something are funny. I didn't check your math, but you even shared a 13% drop off from 1st half of year which is pretty significant to me. He had a "big" game against pitt with a whopping 99 yards. Other than that, here's his other 4 games to finish the year...26, 26, 36, 53. Yeah - that's garbage. He was a complete non factor. Fast forward to playoffs, he sucked. And I mean, he REALLY SUCKED. John brown showing up and playing at least a half-focused game and we win that game by a lot. He came in lazy, he made rookie mistakes that rookies don't even make. Trash in the playoffs and 2nd half of the year. We can't count on him. Oh and the duke drop. I totally agree that duke should have caught that. BUT, if he caught that pass, we would be talking about him like made the toughest catch ever. Other than knox, there wasn't ONE SINGLE PASS that looked like a tough catch. If the ball wasn't between the numbers, it was a drop-guaranteed.
  3. It's funny. People talk about brown like he's some amazing #2 receiver. Let's not forget he did next to nothing the 2nd half of the year and may have cost us a playoff win more than anyone else on the roster. He had multiple lazy attempts where even a mediocre gets his foot down. One would have put us around the 5 yard line to give us a chance to seal the game. I'm ready to upgrade there.
  4. No way u are right. I'm talking about designed runs. Not play breakdown scrambles. Not possible that play works well statistically. It's like gore up the middle.
  5. Considering he's in his 2nd year, I would agree that he has to develop more. I mean that's pretty ***** obvious. He also was up 17-13 then 17-16 then down 17-24. Defense holds some accountability here too. Can't always blame the only person on offense capable of making a big play out of nothing. He's handicapped more than any other QB in the NFL.
  6. Maybe I'm wrong. But has the designed QB run worked 1 time this year? Might as well march gore out there. It's like we're playing with a handicap.
  7. Simple: 1. Don't let gore anywhere near the field to kill drives 2. Go back to playing fast paced and spread out
  8. Since the Bills like to teach Singletary a lesson and sit him after he makes a mistake or needs a breather, how about we just kneel the ball down? It's basically the same exact thing. In both scenarios, we are giving up on the drive and Gore running is a wash compared to a kneel down.
  9. He just needs to kneel when the ball touches the endzone. His KO returns are useless.
  10. Just sayin' - this def happened today. My wife yelled at me after I went crazy after that really weird Gore sequence after Tre's pick/return. I calmed down. Then they did it AGAIN late in the 4th and handed the ball back to pitt with a chance to tie. I mean, I found myself rooting for a slight hammy pull that will keep him out a few weeks so we don't have to watch that garbage anymore.
  11. Any OC who puts Frank Gore on the field in really any situation let alone a 1st and goal set of downs is a terrible OC. When he does it again tomorrow and Frank Gore goes for -2 and we settle for a FG, I'm probably going to scream at the TV like I do every week.
  12. Went to a Bills/Patriots game in Buffalo this year. I won't ever go to a game in Buffalo again. The combination of idiotic Bills fans and Patriots fans made the game a waste of time. By the end of the game, I was watching the behavior of the fans more than the actual game because we had women and kids with us and there were losers trying to pick fights everywhere around us. I love my Bills, but Bills Mafia = drunken idiots in mass quantities doing stupid *****.
  13. I think it's safe to say Gore is the worst RB in the NFL at this stage in his career. How he is getting critical carries in big games just continues to blow my mind. It's tolbert, Shaud Williams all over again.
  14. Sure guys catch balls. That's obvious. But I'm talking about the plays that aren't right there. The great catch that doesn't hit the receiver in the numbers, the broken tackle for a huge play, etc. Sometimes somebody other than the qb and young RB need to break a big one wide open. We are only scoring on slow, methodical drives that require either Allen to be perfect or Devin to break some nice runs. McKenzie hasn't done sh$# other than a couple reverses. He's basically useless.
  15. All around the NFL, every week, every team, players make a big play. I feel like if it isn't Allen or Singletary, NOBODY helps out. I mean if the ball isn't right between the numbers, it's a drop - and often, we drop those too. It's OK to catch a bad pass once and a while (players do it all the time). Or make ONE guy miss and break a big TD. We have zero game breakers. Maybe run hard through a deep ball? Someone? Anyone? Next draft needs to be only weapons. 2 more complaints - 1. can we please tell Robert's that he actually sucks now? He isn't breaking anything. If the ball goes into the end zone, he needs to kneel it down. 2. why the f%&* is Gore ever on the field at this point? Every single time he's out there, it's a throw away play. The defense (and everyone on the planet) knows exactly what we are doing and it never works.
  16. Sweet. Here's some consistency-only qb in NFL with 2 tds in each of last 5 or 6 games. 0 ints in last 5 games. So...putting up tds and not throwing picks. Not bad in year 2
  17. Frank Gore time baby on next drive! 2 yards, 2 yards, 0 yards, punt. Miami TD to tie it.
  18. So the NFL should be kaep's personal platform because of the first amendment? The NFL also has rights and that's to hire whomever they want. If he was more focused on football while on the clock, he would be fine. Loads of other players have causes that they fight for - they just do it on their own time. He consistently makes a mockery of the NFL. Changing the location at the last second was a slap in the face to all those potential employers who went out of their way to give him the chance that he and all his supporters have been crying about.
  19. That's stunning. I would have expected most teams to be totally cool with that jerk changing his plans last second when he had almost a full week to do so. Clearly not a slap in the face of the teams who made travel arrangements just to see Colin's private audition. The reality is that Colin probably was disappointed that so many teams showed up because it goes against his agenda that the whole world is against him. Then changed his plans last minute so he can later say...see only 8 teams showed up to see me workout.
  20. This just confirmed what many of us knew. Colin doesn't actually want to play and never did. He just wants everyone to think he made a sacrifice. It's part of his martyr image. What complete moron tells everyone who took the time to come to Atlanta to see HIM to now drive an hour away? It's honestly stunning anyone even showed up at that point. It's a freaking job interview and he proved exactly why nobody is signing him - because he's a feaking drama queen. All this stupid colin followers should have realized this when his idiotic girlfriend posted a slavery picture while he was talking with the Ravens a while back. Every single time he has an opportunity, he mocks the NFL then cries about not getting a job.
  21. Since Kroft came back and Lee got more snaps, our offense has taken a major step back. Knox was making big plays early in the year (and dropping big plays...but he's a rookie). Even sweeney was doing well. Those two veteran tight ends are actually hurting the team.
  22. I'm definitely on the blame Allen for everything side. 31 points allowed is respectable.
  23. We kill drives with weird running plays to a 36 yo rb. That's our identity. When we lined up on 3-1 early in the first with dimarco and gore. I said to my wife and kid...game over. If that's our strategy today, we aren't going to win. Can't quit important drives.
  24. I wouldn't have made that pick. Small defensive tackles almost never win games. Playmakers do. Up until this week our defense was "elite". Welp...we face a good offense and just like that we suck. Meanwhile, we have 1 maybe 2 middle-of-the-road WRs that are open sometimes and a young, promising RB who we refuse to use as A F'IN RB. But hey...we got Gore so all is good
  25. What running game? Our current running game is a 36 old RB. Other teams use rookie RBs. Shoot...our rookie RB seems to crush it every time he gets a chance. But can't hurt a HOfers feelings.
