  1. Shakir's "efficiency" as you state by only measuring YPC ranking is myopic imo. That is like saying Josh Allen is having an off year because his yards passed per game is so low. He is arguably having his best year but to WIN, he doesn't have to throw for 400 yards, a healthy maturation of Allen and the overall offense. Just win. Same with Shakir, he might not build up incredible stats as the Bills have 1) yet to need Allens long ball AND 2) his distribution to all receivers has been extraordinary.
  2. I never understood the tre White massive extension. Great teammate, funny as heck. I dont recall what his injury history was when he was resigned but he was getting older and hasn't done anything in two years. I wonder if White would even make this team this year. He is a sad shell of what he was.
  3. They can "cheat" on not paying CBs as much with their D line and Chris Jones. have to think this is Travis Kelce's last year so that is one last vet to pay.
  4. Boy our timing on Spencer Brown extension was epic, people are really starting to notice him.. As for Cook, we all know the story of extending RBs and Buffalo penchant for drafting Rbs in the 2-4 rnd, we have barely scratched the surface of Ray Davis.
  5. Meaning what exactly. Not that I think all the strategic moves by the Chiefs are so profound.
  6. Yes, this kind of torpedo the OP main thesis the Bills start out hot. We are trying to create some pattern to fit our own specific narrative, frankly it is a waste of time and energy imo.
  7. also reduced likelihood of getting injured.
  8. Need I repeat myself, "is true but incredibly misleading".
  9. He had one great returtn kudos to him, but to imply he is "averaging " 53 yards per return is true but incredibly misleading.
  10. If this is true, anyone really shocked, and Brady get away with it? But if I were a Tampa Bay fan, I would be a little miffed at Baker who has had problems in prior places, dumping on someone that lead the Teams to the ultimate prize. Something Baker should keep to himself or within the team, let someone else bring it up. no never
  11. EJ was a very smart man, I think he had a very non-football type degree like aerospace engineering or something like that. He also sold stock in his future earnings via Fantex known as Fantex/Manuel and raised over $5 million. The guy was no dumbie, far from it.
  12. Honestly I treid to listened but it was irritating, jumping around yoo much and not well done. And I have absolutely no idea what on "onside punt" would be, makes zero sense. I "remember" that, it was almost all wind aided, way back i thin in the old afl. Araiza was the original Bills "punt God", one punt 82 yards.
  13. Eh, i think i figured that out, thanks.
  14. AFC sure, well deserved. Alvin Kamara deserves it for the entire league.
  15. What is even worse who posts videos about this weeks greatest punts and who comments about it?
  16. Great post but I think you have to re-evaluate Baker Mayfield, man is playing near an MVP level now.
  17. I think was strong assurance from the owner. Should have stuck to managing his hedge fund.
  18. Way over drafted. No reason for them to take a chance on pick #1 on an undersized QB from of all schools, Alabama. Biggest break the Texans ever got was the selection of Bryce Young over CJ Stroud. You cant coach size. Carolina in the driver seat to do it all over again in next years draft. The team is in shambles.
  19. Sorry but the Arizona LA game was not very competitive.
  20. Didn't take long for this thread to twist off.
  21. Rarity, profound words on the BBMB.
  22. Wowzer, there is a lot in this post for sure.
  23. Why, because Minnesota is 2-0 and looks pretty good even with Sam Darnold?
