  1. 60-80 million if true they are dumber than I thought. Maybe they thought it was worth it from a PR standpoint but no way as an NFL QB.
  2. He could ask for $100 million doesn't mean he is going to get it. Yea he may have been at a prime age but his game had been slipping, he wasnt the boy wonder he was when he started. His first 2 years his QBR was over 70 with a 17-6 record, last two years in the 40s with a 3-17 record. His game was figured out quickly enough, he would have been at best a mediocre NF backup. He couldn't beat out Blaine Gabbert.
  3. In today's age there is no way the CA is going to be honored very long, i put the over on 2 weeks.
  4. Bills already lost a really good hand last year in Brain Gaine, he is no GM of the Texans and doing a great job.
  5. Yeah there were a few miscreants but with great work ethics something Marcel never had, imo. You miss a bus for a game you are out the door in New England.
  6. Marcel Dareus, he is the polar opposite of the 'New England Way". Personally i would love to see them sign him just to watch the reaction here.
  7. What about all his hunting and fishing and spending time with his kids? Actually good for him and i agree I think he wlil do a good job.
  8. I have no problem with him hanging out with Darnold, but the the other hanger on d bags I do. And the boxing sucks, what are these drunk guys from the audience throwing wild haymakers?
  9. If he gets drafted later than he wanted or to a team he doesn't like, what is going to stop him from "changing" his mind.......nada.
  10. Great, thanks for your service, think about the incredible experience you have had. Never been to Japan.
  11. Great story, can i ask where you are stationed?
  12. Josh Allen is a dynamic, incredibly entertaining player to watch and is a mystery to most of the NFL audience. He is a "draw".
  13. Mike Reilly is ancient, he is 34 years old. Yes he might make a good backup in the NFL but I dont see a comparison to Josh Allen. Josh Allen is mostly unproven with a huge ceiling that Reilly doesn't. I learned one thing, Logan Thomas has a strong arm than Mike Reilly
  14. I am not going to hold the PAts game against a rookie MLB, as much as I hate to admit it the PAts can isolate and humiliate a young and or rookie QB just like the can a rookie MLB but hey you have your standards and expectations, i have mine.
  15. Is that true, we snagged him one ahead. I get Edmunds had some very bad games, esp early n but people should realize when we drafted him he was 19, 19 years old. What did people expect, Brian Urlacher as a rookie" Give me a break. There were a few plays where his range and athletic ability were extraordinary, on the one interception and the QB sack where he also tackled the RB in the process. The guy is just like Allen, an athletic freak that needs a lot of work & experience, both have incredibly high ceilings.
  16. True but he did come on in the end, did show flashes and of course we all know how young/raw he is/was. He was dreadful in a handful of games early on and in mid-season.
  17. Another clear indication how the moment was way too big for McVay and his entire team.
  18. Great job The NFL is shrewd, they have managed to stretch out the season where there is always something just around the corner. I never thought people would actually sit and watch the combine but they do. I walked into a sports bar last week and guys were actually watching practice, practice I tell you at the Senior Bowl and analyzing it.
  19. I am really going to have to disagree with you on this one. It was almost like a home Patriot game, it was extremely;y loud when the Rams were on offense, that makes running a no huddle, esp with a young QB very difficult. As it was the Rams had motion calls and delay of games, often got the ball snapped with only one second left. It was thee rams offense that was in more chaos than the PAts Defense.
  20. I hope all you ignoramuses labeling California QBs as bad realize that a guy named Tom Brady is from CA. As is Aaron Rodgers, John Elway, Warren Moon, Norm Van Brocklin, Dan Fouts , Jim Plunkett etc etc etc.
  21. My most pathetic memories of going at the Ralph was how nice and warmth the bathrooms were but the again the air was heavy with the warm humid vapor of piss from hundreds of men, 80% of them drunk. And i for one have no problems using a urinal trough, it makes things go so much quicker/ I recall;l trying to estimate by the number size and sobriety of each guy in the line which would be quickest. and no one looks at your junk and i certainly never wanted to look at someone else.
  22. So Brady at 51 will be in the SUPER BOWL,,,asinine
  23. He is playing baseball. An NFL would be crazy to pick him in RD IMO, too much risk, besides the fact he is short (spare me the Bress and R Wilson sagas). And ironically the more he drops the money becomes increasingly small...in other words he is destined to play baseball.
