The thing I noticed about Edelman, besides being a cocky POS, was his ability to break tackles during the Pittsburgh game last week. He'll get his catches, no doubt. We need the first defender to wrap him up and slow him down until the second and third defenders come flying in to crush him and try to force a turnover. In other words, we need to be the bully.

We know what to expect from Brady & Belichick (i.e., Darth Vader & The Emperor) this Sunday. Rex & the Bills know what to expect. Rex will have them ready to play. The key is to rattle Brady early so he gets frustrated. His one weakness is his poutiness when he's frustrated. To me, it would be worth a couple of 5 yd and an automatic first down for NE for defensive holding on all of their receivers at the same time so our pass rush can have time to get a few hits on Brady early.

What do you expect? He played for Dallas twice before coming to Buffalo.

I'm guessing that the Pats game will be even louder than the Colts one. Imagine that Brady gets the ball first and we get a pick six. The Ralph would go looney freakin' tunes.

Pittsburgh did look completely pop warner on Gronk's first TD. If you don't have anyone that can cover him, then leave him uncovered. How pathetic.

I think Karlos is going to be viewed as a great draft pick by mid-season. His running style is not only a great compliment to McCoy, but also to Greg Roman's philosophy. Can't wait for week 1!

It doesn't matter what the detractors think or what we say. All that matters is what the Bills do on the field. We either beat the crap out of our opponent, or we crap our pants.

In my mind, EJ has solidified his job as the #2 QB, behind T-Mobile.

There is a defensive stat out there that doesn't get tracked like INTs or pts/gm that I'd like to see followed (and I'm not talking about 3rd down defense); it's 3 and outs. How many times a D forces the O to go 1, 2, 3, punt.

It disgusts me to admit this but the highest paid player in the NFL today should be Tom Brady. The guy has been money the last 12+ years.

Call me crazy, but of the many things to look forward to this season, my pièce de résistance would be watching Jerome Felton and John Conner lead blocking on ST while Harvin is returning kickoffs. I hope we keep both fullbacks and they are both studs on O and ST.

As a sidenote: if our offense doesn't go 3 and out next season as a result of all the changes, that can only help what should be a great defense.
