I think it really all depends on what kind of connection and chemistry he's had with Josh during camp. Josh hasn't played in the preseason so Moore has only received throws from Mitch and White for the most part. IMO, he gets cut. He'll be this years OJ Howard

His path will probably mimic Bernard's. Didn't seem like much at first as his play appeared underwhelming, but really developed nicely after his rookie year as his skill set compliments McD's defensive scheme.

What other moves outside of drafting a rookie was to make us feel otherwise?

It's scary and uninspiring to think that an injury prone Rapp is currently our most experienced and reliable safety. I can't stomach another season (though all of us may most likely have to) with this safety group. They are barely 2nd string quality and if this team suffers another injury to one of the starting CBs their lack of play making will be even more insurmountable. This group may be able to reach the postseason because Allen can carry this defense against mediocre competition in the regular season. But in the playoffs against offenses like KC and Baltimore it may very well end in another nail biter with us on the 💩 end of it. Of course it's JMHO.....
