  1. Find me a soft spot in the zone and catch it on 3rd and 5. Sounds good.
  2. With the Pats win tonight, 8 of the 13 teams this Bills squad have played have been above .500 with games vs Fins, Bengals, and Pats remaining… Battle tested. If we can get through the rest of the season relatively healthy this squad is gonna be a hardened war machine.
  3. I took a jaunt over to fin heavens forum to get a pulse on where they are at with this one… wow was I blown away. Talk about a complete 180 in the span of 2 weeks. Those guys are just wrecked over there. … it’s magnificent
  4. well.... fins run game looks pretty suspect. so whatever.... i'll keep the truck in 4WD and pack plenty of firewood.
  5. apparently his philosophy vs the jets was to target their strongest defenders and wanted nothing to do with exploiting the weaknesses…. COOL.
  6. Right. And while I’m SLIGHTLY unsettled about the recent offensive issues, I’m over the moon that this squad has FINALLY shown they can finally get their hands dirty and win a mucked up game, in 2 of the last 3 weeks, instead of buckling late. For me it was never that they couldn’t win close games. They could… as long as they kept themselves relatively clean… But it was these ugly grinders, such as todays game along with Detroit that have I didn’t have much confidence in before recently.
  7. Reporter stated the offense doesn’t look Super Bowl caliber. Wanted some thoughts. Allen just wasn’t having it
  8. Phillips has now pulled a hammy running meaninglessly running down the sidelines with Milano in week 2 and now hurt himself pointlessly belly flopping at Jones last week…. It reminds me of the uncoordinated overly dramatic fat kid that always seemed to be on every playground when I was 10 or 11 and always seemed to hurt themselves falling some awkward ass way during whatever game was being played. Flush red cheeks and crying as they limped away(even if they didn’t hurt a lower extremity).
  9. They lost to KC by one point in arrowhead at the beginning of the season. This version of the raiders can most definitely take them down at home in the finale.
  10. 🤣... Well i also have bought 2 jerseys to start the last 2 years. Last year was white. This year it was Miller..... so i'm already on a roll man.
  11. he's missed a WHOPPING 12 games in 5.5 years. stop it.
  12. the WAR metric was brought up numerous times in the recent injury thread and all the posters like the one you are referring to literally just wouldnt acknowledge its existence in the multiple posts that it was brought up. ... the amount of injuries this year havnt been uncommon. its the fact that they seem to be hitting every single impact player we have other than diggs.
  13. It 100% shouldn’t have been a safety. Never once did I think it should have been. Why was a thread started on this when it’s obvious as hell… *checks Name of OP*… Ohhhh. That explains it.
  14. it was a freaking phenomenal throw. but in all fairness if sweeney doesnt hold i doubt the throw gets off. lol.
  15. i've bought 2 jerseys to open each of the last 2 seasons..... White at the beginning of last year and Miller this season. ..... i'm truly sorry guys. These ones are on me.
  16. this is fair. i get this. i really do..... that being said. does it not feel like almost every play, first down, or score is just overly laborious? We went from watching an offense flow and work in rhythm to every snap looking like even scoring drives are pulled out of hat and strenuous as hell. do you not watch and think, where are the easy completions i see for other qb's all over the league? because i do. the last couple games i've talked myself off the ledge by saying "well we scored 31, and then 28. chill dude". But then i find myself saying "HOW THE HELL DID WE SCORE 31 AND 28???"
  17. From a pod i saw it was the Pro's were leaning buffalo but the public was hitting pats hard. Just said almost exactly the same thing upstream. this is what it is.
  18. not surprising. as long time bettor i was surprised it came out at 5.5 and assumed the public would bet it down... its a pesky bellicheck coached team at home thats almost on life support for the remainder of the season vs a Bills team that has made everything look difficult in losses AND wins over the last month. Thats what your everyday bettor sees.... and sorta what i see too... i'm not just gonna go into every Pats game assuming Allen is gonna go scorched earth. i think the media and us fans are putting way too much stock into what happened at the end of last season.
  19. uh no. that would be no luck, or unlucky like the title of the thread. not necessarily bad luck. the takeaway is it doesnt seem a lot of "lucky" bounces in those catergories go the bills way. i dunno where all the contention is here. it seems pretty cut and dry.
  20. having the opponent drop a pass or miss a fg is fairly lucky. thats what the graph categories are. its not how many we've dropped or missed ourselves.
  21. i'm definitely not part of the cult that died on the "pressures" hill for jerry. and now i'm even more irritated with his new found ability to get home after losing it here for 4 years... that being said, i believe pressures up the middle are more valuable than pressures elsewhere, so i've been pretty pleased with EO lately.
  22. well i personally believe they're more valuable from the inside rather than the DE never getting home.
