  1. I think white has a real shot if the defense can take another step and the team starts winning some games..... he started to pick up steam with the media this last year. i'm gonna just leave this here because I don't feel like starting up a thread for it. White just made ESPN's top 100 players list heading into the season. came in at 97(9th among corners). https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/26881107/2019-nflrank-predicting-nfl-best-100-players-season 97. Tre'Davious White CB | Bills Age: 24 2018 rank: 100 Simply put, White is usually too quick to separate from. He's not the biggest or most physical corner, but he closes quickly and has good enough hands to send an opposing offense back to its sideline. Coupled with one of the league's best safety duos behind him, White is a tough corner to test. -- Marcel Louis-Jacques Signature stat: According to NFL Next Gen Stats, White was the nearest defender on 64 targets last season, 25 more than any other Bills player. His completion percentage against was 59.4%, which was lower than league average of 61%.
  2. consider your ears lucky if she only has ONE....
  3. Hyde was voted 2nd team in 17. Other than that if I’m not mistaken darues and Williams were 1st teamers in 14
  4. The whites on blues are my favorite combo and the all whites are wayyyyy played out. Judging somebody based on what they dip their wings in is freaking ######ed Ranch is 1,000% better on anything than blue cheese is. .... fight me!
  5. This is exactly what I remember thinking in the early offseason when the bills signed him. Some people contended he wouldn’t be as good against NFL db’s and while I agree that’s true, I remember watching his CFL highlights thinking “if ya got hands... then YA GOT HANDS”. The man was snagging balls in this reels that nobody on the bills roster in the last couple years even dreamed about. Combine that with what we’ve seen in these games with his willingness to get dirty and be efficient in the run game and I have to wonder how couldn’t he make the roster with those traits?
  6. hahaha... very good point. thank you sir.
  7. I agreed up until the pats loss.... I think they head into that game 2-1 with a HUGE early season showdown at home vs the pats and take care of business. pats have started 2-2 in 3 of their last 5 years.... the first month of the season is a good time to draw them in orchard park.
  8. i'll take it a step further.... I've been saying to anyone or anything around me that will listen that the pats aren't winning the division and it will either be the bills or the jets to do it. I think the pats still win 10 and get a wildcard as the 2nd team out of the east but I really truly believe either us or the jets rise up and have a big year..... which team I dunno. but bills or jets win the division. have to remember the pats looked mortal last year in the regular season with 11 wins. they've lost gronk and both his replacements are out to start the year. they've lost a starting safety and a very good center.
  9. I think the bills have a nice year but if i'm being perfectly honestly I expect a close loss week 1..... which will suck because it will be my first day down in Jamaica for my anniversary vacation.... a win would really set the week off right.
  10. https://mobile.twitter.com/cover_1_/status/1166454589794738178 not sure if this cut up of him has been posted yet. He’s just a freaking gamer. Pads came on, games finally started and he started climbing the depth chart. Need to find a spot for him! …. sorry I'm a tech idiot and don't know how to get the twitter vid straight to this page. maybe somebody else can.
  11. enjoying cantaloupe and never having met someone who hasn't.... that's where. this is the first I've run into it. "cantaloupe is one of those divisive foods" is definitely on a list of random things I thought i'd never see anyone actually say.... I guess that's a thing?
  12. I like to read, and always respect, your preseason opinions on players so i'll ask you this. and i'll start by saying I really like Edmunds and have gone to bat for him plenty..... but are we getting ahead of ourselves on how far and fast he has progressed? if a lot of qb's out in the preseason are only seeing vanilla defenses that are easy to diagnose doesn't it stand to reason that Edmunds is seeing some seriously vanilla running philosophies that may be quite easy to decipher? i'm really excited about him but I feel I may be getting ahead of myself so I posed that question to myself and couldn't really find any answer.... I guess the answer would lie in if he's shown marked improve from last years diagnoses of vanilla preseason offenses and this year. and I cant say as I remember enough to answer that. I havnt read through the whole thread so forgive me, everyone, if this has been touched on.
  13. this guy cant even stick on that Miami line..... this was our freaking starting RT for 3 season. BARF.
  14. is there a lot of people talking sh** on beasely?.... I forgot about that fumble about 5 minutes after it happened.
  15. I've literally never encountered anyone in my 34 years that disliked cantaloupe..... until today on this board. it freaking WOULD be on this board. very fitting.... first time for everything I guess.
  16. well.... I happen to like every fruit I've ever had ESPECIALLY honeydew, cantaloupe and pineapple so I think you're all a bit nuts.
  17. Well I’m not gonna attack you but let’s not pretend like it’s been years of futility for McCoy. He had a bad year in an awful offense behind and awful line. 8 months prior to that he was arguably the best player on the field down in Jax in a playoff matchup. It’s not like they been dragging the guy along for YEARS. Come on man
  18. Not impressed with any of Oliver, ford and Singletary so far? Geez man. Tough crowd. Couldnt disagree more.
  19. Has anyone put this up anywhere yet? PFF run blocking grades from #BUFvsDET: 1) Duke Williams 89.3 2) Dawson Knox 78.5 3) Wyatt Teller 73.4 4) Dion Dawkins 68.1 5) Spencer Long 66.2
  20. And Big Ben before Russell. Same concept. Ben didn’t become a real gun slinging threat until his Super Bowl titles were long passed.... those first 4 or 5 years were run the ball, play great defense and let Ben make a handful of big time plays throughout the game. Most of them happened in crunch time because his team kept him in the game
  21. They’d have to be really really REALLY stupid.... that’s how
  22. WELCOME TO THUNDER DOME B**CHES!!!! We kept a spot warm for’m.
  23. Funny you mention this. I own and operate a fitness facility in a small town in northwest PA. I have a friend/member there that started 40+ games, from his redshirt freshman season to his senior year, for Kent state at guard and tackle. In fact he blocked for Julian Edelman when edelman was a qb his junior and senior seasons.... he ended up going undrafted but got calls from the browns, Steelers and lions to attend camps as an UDFA. When he told me he turned those offers down I looked at him like he was nuts. He then went on to tell me he was so mentally done with the game from multiple surgeries and constant joint pain(he’s still suffering with today at 34) that he just was completely fed up. To the point where it was time to put away the dream he had worked for basically his whole life. I respect lucks decision. He’s earned it
  24. I agree. I’m all confused. He’s such a likable guy and such a unique arm talent I feel sorta cheated as a fan, but it’s a respectable move. He’s obviously been in a serious amount of physical and mental pain. To the point where the money and fame aren’t enough to take care of it.... which for me would have to be A LOT.
  25. Patrick Willis was in his 20’s and arguably the best MLB in the game when he unexpectedly hung it up
