The bills are third in the whole NFL in redzone td %. It’s really not worth trying to argue against our RZ offense. They’ve been excellent in the RZ. It’s between the 40 and the 20 where it seems we like to shout ourselves in the foot.

Right on. Like I said. They are moving the ball just fine. If I’m not mistaken I can count at least 5 different times over the last 3 games we’ve driven down into the 35 or closer and came away with nothing due to missed FG, penalties, turnovers/turnover on downs. Cut that nonsense out and we are most likely middle of the pack in scoring and the offense doesn’t seem like much of an issue. Wow this is a bad take the defense is top 3 or 5 in every major category and is allowing 11 pts a game. There is NO QUESTION about them being elite up to this point.

I don’t really get how you don’t understand it. After you see a certain amount of games you get a solid indication of what a player is roughly expected to give you each game... you get half way through a season you have a solid idea of what a player is giving you on a per game basis. There are obviously outliers but it’s a pretty simple concept. I think some things are more accurate than others, such as yds or receptions as opposed to tds or ints.

Quit worrying and enjoy the ride.

7 new starters on offense. Playmaking RB on the shelf for 3 weeks.... we are 12th in yds. They are moving the ball just fine. Clean up the to’s and points will follow. Not horribly worried

I was high on him based solely off the fact that all I ever saw was his CFL reels and you could tell there wasn’t a single wr on last year’s roster that could go snag the ball like him. The competition really doesn’t matter when it comes to hands. If ya got’m.... ya GOT’M. #FREEDUKE

Lots of talk on “Movin’ the Chains” today about Josh. Phil Simms came on. Simms, Kirwin, and Miller all agreed he’s steadily improving and that he’s just got “IT” when it comes to late in games. All were optimistic about him but acknowledge he can be maddening at times. But that the late game clutch moments can make up for quite a bit. Simms mentioned he thinks the Pats were lucky to get out of Orchard Park with a win.... basically all things we already knew but nice to see some real football guys not trying to push the old narrative on him.

so they basically throw one of their made up stats under the bus just to try and confirm their thoughts on Allen..... that's solid work right there!!! also.... both Beasley and brown are on pace for their BEST seasons as pro's to date. I bet both are fairly content with how josh has been setting them up on the stats sheet AND in the win column.

I've always kind of taken what they've said about players pretty lightly but have found it slightly interesting and just another tool in the box when it came to deciding how somebody is playing...… but these team rankings? GOOD LORD. how could you take PFF them seriously after seeing this?

Lololol. The 1-4 Steelers in front of us. The 2-3 titans that we just friggin beat. And the 2-3 chargers that just lost to a winless broncos squad.... a broncos squad that’s only 1 slot behind us a 1-4. Holy moly.

I’ve definitely aged a couple years over these first 5 weeks. In the end the games have been great and I’ve loved the outcome but after all that, I really just wanna kick back, crack one, and maintain a normal heart rate for a couple of hours on gameday.

i'm encouraged at the improvement of the short and intermediate game. i'm perplexed as to how it seems his deep ball has gone to crap.... cautiously optimistic it all comes together over the next year into the 2020 season.

right? I've quite literally watched tom brady dink and dunk his way to 300 yd games via swings to the rb's and tiny hitches in the slot.... I don't see anybody pulling this crap argument in talks about him. YAC is part of the game.

I really like Allen but i'm slightly concerned about the deep ball. I agree with your statement here.... he's just been off on those throws.

notice up top how there are already contingency plans and statements being put into place now, basically setting it up to take any credit he may deserve for a playoff run and tossing it on schedule and the defense. already setting up ways to act like its no big deal our 2nd year progressing qb makes the dance.... gotta cover all the bases. bills go 11-5 and make the wildcard...… "ya but anyone should have been able to make it with this defense and schedule".... that'll be the story for a handful around here.
