they need to close out on a high note and win the next 3. mcd take over the defense. demote juan and give daboll full control. fire crossman and promote interim....of course firing juan, crossman and culley after the last game. who knows? but if it's a few spots lower than us, we could get an extra 2nd. tb, nyg, balt. or cincy? ya never know....

i think we'll see what needs to be done by jan. 1st. fire crossman and castillio....and culley. let daboll pick his own crew and let's address the cronyism.... sorry mcd. but this is a business that needs to succeed and if that means cuttin ties wid ur old buds, so be it. they'll hook up elsewhere....or not. sack up

it would be great to round out the season with a smackdown in ne and the fish at home. i would be very satisfied no matter the record.

ok, i'm gonna respond now even before i read the whole thing. point no.1..... barkley is likely to find a good paying spot that may give him a chance to even start. he ain't getting that here and i doubt the bills get him back. that being said, if there were any brains in the brain trust, they'd bring in chad kelly now or the day after the season ends. if they lose barkley, they will be forced to draft a qb with one of their picks or dumpster dive. get kelly in buffalo and get him concentrating on turning his life around and do it before it's too late. i can absolutely see this team going into april with only allen on the roster and there's no need for that. get kelly asap and it won't cost a dime to have him around and see if he can put things together. there's no qb in the draft ( where we would probably take one) that's even close. the pats will take him if we don't. this is the time for this fo to get ahead of the game. edit: thanks 26! a great read and thread. i will read every post but i think i could do a much better job than talbot. his take seems like an off the top of your head luke warm fan effort...for lack of a better description. i want his job. edit 2: i think we'll see more things shape up by week 17...like...levi wallace and we don't have to go corner high. i actually thought lewis played very well. mike love may ease our minds at edge. i'm excited to see him play. i have full confidence in mcbeane as far as the draft and fa go. ...so long as they learned something about qbs....see above

i still hope he gets a chance. if i recall correctly, he was the 7th ranked hockey player in the nation as a yout. he could have chosen a very good nhl career, but chose the nfl. i want to see him back.

thank you for your service. i'm sure that assignment was no picnic. i was home watching it. greatest game i ever saw. my daughter who now works in a law firm was 8 months old. i freaked out that day and was so glad i taped it on vhs so i would have it for years to come.... until my daughter was a bit older and taped hannah montana over it. i actually forgot about that til just now....now i'm p'o'd all over again.

that time is now. i've been waiting to see a two back combo of shady and ivory this year and hopefully daboll will do that and get josh used to using it when needed. they can send shady out or hit either in the flats or on swings....plus hand off to either....not to mention a little help in pass pro....and since allen has the best fake since boomer, they could be unstoppable. think about that...them in the backfield with thompson , zay and foster... combine this with allen's ability to stretch the field, we could have a nightmare of an offense...
