  1. Trump is heavily favored in PA right now. Granted, over Biden. Does Kamala drive up the vote in Philly enough to offset the white working class vote in PA. Maybe.. Detroit, Philly etc are her only chance in the Rust Belt. She has to do what Stacy Abrams couldn’t in Georgia.
  2. What swing states do you think Kamala helps over Biden? Honest question.
  3. Kamala as President doesn’t really change the race in GA, NV, AZ or NC. Trump still has a pretty commanding lead there. Can she drive up black vote in MI, PA, WI? She’s going to need to, to offset the white working class vote Trump has coming back to him .. and I doubt Kamala Harris makes it any less likely that they do so.
  4. Dropping out because he will lose. Don't want to hear a WORD from libs about “protecting democracy” any longer. He should do the right thing a resign, effectively immediately, and hand the remaining Presidency to Kamala Harris. Anything less is an absolute disgrace.
  5. Democrats have two choices.. Biden or Harris. Anything else destroys the party’s standing with black folks beyond just this election cycle.
  6. Trump also gets the benefit from a lot of people who are honest about his first term (pre-Covid). Made threats to foreign leaders and literally talked trash to some dictators… but no new wars. Threatened to leave NATO, but increased spending amongst many of the members. When he says things, some view it as verbal threats rather than actual policy. Which makes it difficult to discern what his actual policy will be at times.
  7. If Biden drops out of the race, he should honestly step down and let Harris become President and the Dem Nominee. Anything else is grossly undemocratic and irresponsible. It’s obvious to everyone that he isn’t, and can’t, run the country. To tell him he can until January, but remove him as the nominee only because he’s going to lose is absolutely gross.
  8. Seeing mixed reactions for the JD Vance speech. Not in that people didn’t like it, just that it was forgettable for some and others loved it. I will say, his part about the cemetery plot where generations of his family are buried, parlayed into the fact people won’t fight for an abstraction, but will fight for their homeland, was really well done.
  9. This Nikki Haley speech is phenomenal
  10. I’m not necessarily opposed to those vaccines but we should ask questions about some of them. Id rather have someone who is intellectually curious about this topic than bought & sold for pharma.
  11. Biden is embarrassing himself right now. Spastic interview with Lester Holt, yet another attack on the Supreme Court and floating government price controls.
  12. This dude is flailing… Government price control on landlords and Supreme Court reform FOH
  13. Interesting stuff here that got leaked. Phone call between RFK & Trump.
  14. Im a small business owner who participates in Chamber of Commerce events. Watching the Teamsters President at the RNC isn’t exactly my wheelhouse. However, there is a political realignment happening and the GOP is now becoming the party of the white working class, small business owners and socially conservative latinos. It’s no longer the Romney/Ryan party. It’s why many of the Bush era Republicans have switched over to the Democrat party. They may be the party of umarried women and black people, but they’re also now the party of elitists and the ultra wealthy (Elon and some emerging tech guys aside).
  15. Scott Pressler has been a machine in PA
  16. The large liberal accounts on X truly have become everything they claim to hate. Harry Sisson, paid by the Biden Campaign, is doing the same thing. They spread verifiable misinformation like this everyday and are now more conspiratorial than Joe Rogan.
  17. Romney HATES Vance. I preferred Youngkin and the pipe dream of DeSantis, but after them, I was good with either Rubio or Vance. Teamsters President loves Vance and Trump’s plan is to park JD in Pennsylvania, so we’ll see if that pays off. If Trump locks up PA, it’s over.
  18. I definitely understand this sentiment. I think she’s attractive, but that along with her Kardashian-esque popularity doesn’t mean she should be speaking at the RNC. That being said, last night was clearly about putting a famous person who would grab attention on stage to explain why she was wrong about Trump and now endorses him, along with the Teamsters President, in an attempt to appeal to those not in the Republican wheelhouse. The only people who seem annoyed by her speaking are social conservatives, of which I also am.. but I thought her speech was very well done. She was well spoken and thoughtful, shouted out her former military dad. We’ll have to agree to disagree.
  19. If JD Vance causes the Teamsters to simply not endorse anyone, especially while giving implicit direction to its members that they can vote for Trump, he will end up proving a lot of people (myself included) wrong, on being a policy implementation guy and not a guy who expands the map. Huge implications for PA, MI & WI.
