I’d say Day 1 was a success. Three hugely viral moments: -Trump entrance -Amber Rose, which I thought would be messy, but I think many are now thinking like me.. she gave a great speech -Teamsters President. No endorsement, but clearly made it known his people can vote for Trump. Tons of praise for Vance & Hawley. Dems are ringing the alarm on this right now.

After hearing the Teamsters President effusively praise JD Vance, I think I understand the pick much more.

He looks.. different. In a kinder way. I don’t know if it’s makeup or what.. but I know I’m not the only one who sees this.

A big criticism I had of the Trump Campaign was their lack of focus on the issue of ballot harvesting/mail-in vote. Money/Manpower devoted to it. Welp.. guess I can put that concern to bed now. Thats what this money is earmarked for.

I want to say that I agree, but I legitimately have no idea what road we’d be going down if that bullet killed Trump. Not in the sense that we’d immediately be in a Civil War, but that there would be retribution and a slow slide into destabilization and eventually….

If this was a closer election, I think Youngkin would’ve been the pick. Also, I don’t think they’re worried about a Biden drop out anymore. Their internals show an electoral landslide and Trump is clearly confident in that lead.

Trump 100% believes he has this locked up and Vance is the guy to advance his agenda.

A lot of people saying a unity ticket with RFK was discussed but he was ultimately not offered VP. Likely will have a position in a Trump Administration.

Reports circulating that Trump also told Bret Baier that it’s someone not being widely discussed. Who knows.. Not sure why Vance would require a motorcade if he’s not the VP pick. My own interests? Im a conservative straight white guy in my 30’s, who opposes censorship and owns a business. I was attacked for two years by the current President for not getting vaccinated. I believe we should not be advocating forever wars at the expense of other innocent people. Your party is directly opposed to “my interests”.

He already flipped on abortion. He literally removed “abortion bans” from the RNC Platform. His position, further outlined this week, is that he will not address abortion federally and it’s now a state issue. As a pro-lifer, who’s not a single issue voter, that’s fine by me. It’s up to us to win the debate on the ground level. Re: Him using evangelicals… WE ALL KNOW THIS. Politicians pander & use people. Why is this news to you? Republicans pander to evangelicals and poor whites.. Democrats pander to unmarried women and black people. I’m not breaking any news here.

Second this. It was a good show during that time period. Especially if you’re someone who’s into politics and the “inside baseball” game of it behind the scenes. I don’t know where the go from here, but to have your show pulled on one of the biggest political Mondays in recent history has to be a deep wound for them.

Maybe Biden can get Jack Black to do another fundraiser with him.
