  1. If true, this is kind of noteworthy.
  2. Probably not, but a player for player swap I would listen to.
  3. This man is literally begging Taylor Swift to do some grand endorsement of Kamala Harris at this point.
  4. We’ve got flutes!
  5. Yeesh.. that ending is emotional
  6. Trump spent like a drunken sailor during covid, but you outlined one major piece of his economic policy. Harris entire economic policy is based on government control and free handouts .. floating various forms of UBI, $25k homebuyer, student loan forgiveness etc., Everything she proposes is on the backs of the taxpayer/future generations while creating inflationary pressure on the economy.
  7. The thing is, nobody has any idea what this offense will look like. So what are we referencing when we say “would it help”? Im not opposed.. I just have no frame of reference to compare it to yet.
  8. They won a playoff game with a backup QB coming in over the Browns. This is also a Mahomes comment, but I digress.
  9. This is at the core of everything Harris proposes. She relies on voters (and the media) not asking this question.
  10. I honestly 100% understand this sentiment. I just can’t do it. This Presidency likely replaces 1-2 Supreme Court Justices. The long term border actions are not only disastrous for money, safety, drug, terror implications, but it’s being done on purpose. This will yield future voters. Voters who will have grown up relying on govt handouts. So they’re predisposed to vote Dem. Nevermind the fact that house seats and determined by overall population and states like California are backfilling their exodus by importing residents from the border. So far, it’s been a net of maybe 1-2 seats for Dems, as apportionment goes both ways .. Texas/Florida gaining a seat too, but it’s something to think about. So, I understand the want to remove Trump from the party - I do too … but Harris wants to implement aggressive handout policy and as we know.. once you start handing out money, it’s rarely reigned back in. A lot of long term consequences in play for the immediate satisfaction of removing MAGA. My only hope, should you get your wish, is that the next four years would usher in 8 years of DeSantis or Youngkin, but damage will likely be done prior to that.
  11. People can get mad at JD Vance all they want, but he’s correct when discussing “cat ladies”. Im not exactly sure what’s going on with liberal women, but it’s not healthy. Many of them seem to find their identity in social causes, absent a healthy relationship, a family or religion. It, by default, becomes their religion. They harbor so much anger & resentment towards a large portion of the white male population. And the truly fascinating aspect that needs to be studied is the absolute sky high usage of SSRI’s amongst white women. It’s spiking off the charts compared to every other group. Why?
  12. Where’s the money coming from? Question that needs to be asked about almost every single one of her handout policies. Yes, this will likely just raise home prices by both artificially boosting the money supple people have to purchase homes and the likely surge of new home buyers under the plan. By giving folks down payment money, it does bring into scope the worry of a housing crash where people buy homes they can’t afford. Im not necessarily hardcore against this plan, as I think something needs to be done to level the playing field for millennials/gen z, who have been completely ****ed over by prior generations and corporations like BlackRock when it comes to home ownership. But every single one of her plans seems to rely on free money and/or government intervention. Thats a very worrisome, and somewhat predictable, road to travel. She needs to answer real, substantive questions on how her plans will be subsidized and implemented, because she is honestly playing games with the economic future of this country. Call her communist, socialist, whatever… I’ll try to have a substantive take on this without labeling, but anyone with any economic sense will look at her proposals and either conclude she’s lying or this is incredibly troubling policy that needs to be thoroughly explained to the voters (but it won’t, because she’s relying on it not being explained).
  13. I’m also getting sick of the comments I see about “well, if Josh gets hurt, doesn’t matter anyway”. No, actually, it does matter. Josh Allen has played through injuries that would have sidelined 90%+ of other QB’s for a 2-4 weeks. As of right now, if he actually does miss 2-4 weeks, chalk up 2-4 L’s with this schedule and the difference between making the playoffs or not. Im not saying some rookie QB or a better option would help, but nobody should have any faith that Trubisky can even win one game against a lighter opponent on the schedule, if needed.
  14. Correct. But how would it look with competent QB’ing? Or, at the very least, a rookie to develop. If the Chiefs, Bengals, Ravens, Texans, Dolphins etc lose their QB for a few games.. what does it look like? I say a few games, because we’ve seen the Bengals/Ravens stay afloat without Burrow/Jackson, but they’re no longer a contender. I think they all have enough around a competent backup to compete for a few games with a backup. Do we? Maybe if the running game is as we hope, the defense can find itself a top 10-12 unit and Kincaid/Shakir/Samuel elevate in their new roles. I think our OL, by Week 1, could be up there with KC’s as the top two lines out of the contenders. But we don’t have a Kelce, Hill/Waddle, Henry/Andrews/Flowers, Higgins/Chase etc.. We have potential, specifically in Kincaid and a Brady offense that should be able to use the RB’s in various ways, but it’s all projection right now. ….and we don’t seem to have a competent backup QB.
  15. Up huge on every major issue but might lose because of his toxic personality and women who are obsessed with abortion.
  16. Theres a lot of posters who justifiably have concerns about our WR room, but I don’t think they are being fair when comparing what we have now to last year. Im not saying Diggs is washed and I’m not saying Davis doesn’t have value.. but by the midway point of the season, for whatever reason, we had one of the worst WR rooms in the NFL. Nobody was getting open for Josh, except Shakir. People might say, well Diggs opened things up.. except he didn’t. One of the biggest concerns last year was that teams were playing him straight up and he was still getting clamped. So, who knows what we have this year at WR. But what we had last year wasn’t working.
  17. We’ve got a Baldy’s Breakdown!
  18. We played right after the Chiefs Worthy had two big plays. One where he should’ve been called for an obvious false start and another off broken coverage. But those plays happened, and we saw what he can be. Keon, through two games, has two catches against off coverage. He actually ran a fantastic route that should’ve been an easy pitch & catch TD and we all feel better about him. Instead, Trubisky throws a wobbly hospital ball, that technically you want your WR to make the play on, but is in no way an easy catch and likely ends up with his day being over after the Safety obliterates him. And here we are.. still wondering what we have after Shakir & Samuel. I hope MVS is ok, because I at least know he can make plays.. not so sure about anyone else right now. Piss poor backup QB play in games has definitely shaken my view of this room and I can’t tell if that’s fair or not.
  19. Hopefully the Bills are able to evaluate in practice because Trubisky and whatever we’ve had at 3rd string have made it impossible in games. I think we’d all feel better about Keon if Mitch put that TD pass on him. Instead, he threw a hospital ball, Keon would’ve had to lay out for it and get rocked.. he didn’t.. and all we have from him through two games are two catches against off coverage.
  20. I think fans also tend to do this for a guy who comes in with the 2’s or 3’s and makes plays against guy will be backups, practice squad or cut altogether. Andreeson started the game and from the jump looked like the other white linebacker we have who just tore his bicep. It was honestly insane to watch.. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a guy come from nowhere and play that well against an opponents 1’s and 2’s. Bills will have to figure out if he can be that guy we saw and maybe he’s another Christian Benford, under the radar gem, or if he just caught a heater and played out of his mind.
  21. Does this qualify as weird? Im not militantly pro-life, but the way Democrats have decided to be on this issue is red-pilling tf out of me.
  22. Hes not really a random RB though. He was a mid-round RB pick, a lot of it due to his age. if you’re drafted between rounds 2-4 as a RB, that team likely expects you to contribute immediately.
  23. His speed to the edge was not something I was expecting. Really well rounded back.
